“Actually really like GAP jeans and didn't even know it since I revisited. I didn't go home with a pair because my weight is fluctuating too much at the time to commit to a size but cute styles and good quality., it seems like they are always having some kind of sale. But the real reason I came on here was to complement the employee that was working today (night closing shift for her) I don't remember her name but she has long blond hair. She is very friendly and seems to really care. I usually can't stand being bothered by sales people when I shop because I like to take my time b7t she didn't bother me at all and it was quite pleasant talking with her. She was also training and she seemed very sweet and helpful to her trainee. Great employee you have there GAP and I never write reviews but I came on yelp just for her. Hopefully she gets some credit!”

“Such a cute store! I mainly went in to find a shirt for my son’s upcoming spirit week and ended up also finding lots of cute stuff for his next size that he’s almost in. Most clothes were $5-$6 and name brands (w Hanna Andersson and higher end for $9ish). Very organized set up! I just needed to go back out for our stroller for my little so she didn’t run everywhere since they only have baskets available, which isn’t a big deal just an FYI.”

“Love this Kirkland location of our local consignment store. The ladies working are always helpful and gracious. It's a great place to consign gently used clothes, toys, and shoes and there are great deals to be found. I highly recommend families to visit their Redmond and Kirkland locations.”

Typically with a good selection of current season clothing at 30% to 50% off retail price, and with past season clearance clothing further marked down. There is a customer rewards program and the staff are helpful and friendly. The strip mall-type area is neat & clean with easy parking just steps away.”

“I came in today for some last minute Christmas shopping. I was happy with the selection of clothes. Carol was very helpful with sizing and pointing out sales. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and her advice. The entire store staff was friendly and nice. I don't buy a lot of kids clothes but I'm definitely coming back.”

“This store location is very big with a good selection of clothing at a good price. I went on a Sunday, and it was packed. There was a long line for the fitting rooms, but the checkout line was short. The self checkout was fast and convenient.”

“Giving this Zara 4 stars because I'm from the Bay Area and I love the self-checkout section at this location - it makes purchasing clothes so much quicker and easier. Zara is well-known for having very long lines, it's like that at essentially all of the stores I've been to especially on weekends. I've never understood why they don't have more people working at the registers when it's super busy, especially when they have both a kids and mens section where they can ring people up. I've been to this Zara many times and have never had an issue. There's a good selection of clothes here but the customer service could be a lot better, the staff is never really welcoming which is a bummer.”
“This store is full of goodies. However, if you try to donate please call before going. Two times in the last 6 months I've been refused when I tried to donate. Evidently they have more donations than they can handle. I still enjoy shopping here. You must call ahead to leave any donations!”
