“I had a great experience at Buckle in Bellevue Square - Washington on 22/07/2026 @ 20:00.
I was in a real hurry, and one of the ladies working there immediately stepped in to help me. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and made the entire shopping experience smooth from the moment I walked in. Another colleague also joined in to assist, and together they helped me find exactly what I needed in what felt like no time. When I got to the checkout, I joked with the other lady, (I was quicker than Flash!) because it had taken me less than 15 minutes to pick out so many clothes. We even had a brief, friendly chat before I was on my way.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and teamwork they showed. My only regret is that I didn’t get their names so I could recognize them personally—especially the first lady who immediately took the initiative to help me.
Thank you both for making a rushed shopping trip such a pleasant experience. You are a great representation of Buckle’s customer service.
