I usually have a positive experience with the workers here but my last 2 calls resulted in being talked down to by a female tech and an avoidance of answering simple questions. Don’t treat patients like they’re dumb, ever.

A lot of pharmacies don’t offer pet medications, but this was a quick and easy pickup as non Costco members for our dog’s anti nausea medication. Matt at the counter and Mary at the pickup window were also kind and efficient. Thank you for helping our pet feel better!

I switched to Costco pharmacy because I got tired of extreme waits at my pharmacy every time I would come in. At Costco there is seldom a long line, and when there is one it goes fast. They are also always very polite and helpful.

Costco workers are polite in general, Jennifer at Redmond pharmacy is an exception. I was at Costco to make a vaccine appointment. Once she noticed my English hearing was not good, she started to behave like a border control officer at LA airport. Her tone changed from serious to accusatory when I didn’t hear her clearly or didn’t answer the question correctly. Never seen such an attitude on a medical reception worker.

Staff is helpful and polite. There is always a line because it's Costco.

It's a great addition to have a Pharmacy Rx locker. Will have to test it out...

When i walk in with an Rx, 30 minute wait and the prescription is ready. When I have questions or ask about cost , the pharmacist took the time to let me know which meds they could give me a better price on. They send a text when your prescription is ready , so you can just walk in/up and pick it up. Great place, patient staff.

I visited my doctor at noon. prescription sent electronically right at my visit.I went to the pharmacy at 6pm, after a long line they told me to come back after 30 minutes. they said they just received the prescription. After I mentioned that I visited my doctor at noon. they say they are doing it as soon as they could. very bad attitude as well, with the the faces telling "you will have to wait and I don't care..."

my doctor sent the prescription for my medications, I waited 3 hours after seeing my doctor, to go for the medicine, they told me that they did not have it ready, that it would come back the next day, so I did, come back the next day, and they went back to tell me she wasn't ready, it was until the 3rd. day I return and they give me the medicine, for the second time my Dr., sends another prescription with three other medicines, I call the pharmacy to make sure they were ready, which they confirmed, so that I could go through them, but when I arrived They gave me only one medicine. I get another call from my Dr., wanting to make sure that I am taking my medicine, I let her know that they only gave me one medication, my Dr. said, that it could not be possible since she had sent the prescription, and I had to take my medications., I have NEVER received a call from the COSCO pharmacy, to inform me that the medications are ready to be picked up. I'm wasting time, going back and forth to the pharmacy, and they don't have the medicines ready. this is irresponsible.

1 hour+ wait times, no point of scheduling appointments in advance. Very inefficient and arrogant staff..

I received the latest COVID booster shot from a kind and competent pharmacist earlier today, which is why I am giving this review an extra star. Because I had a problem with one of the staff members, I was first tempted to give one star rating. One of the staff members told me to go to the "Prescription Drop Off" to complete out a paperwork. There was a woman that worked there, and I'm not sure what her problem was. She appeared nice when she first asked for my name and the time of the appointment, which I gave her. She instructed me to review the form that I completed online prior and have my name and signature printed. I had previously read through my information as she was explaining it, and everything appeared to be accurate. I now only needed to sign my name and add my signature. I assured her that everything was accurate and that I would sign the form immediately. She informed me that I would have to wait at the back of the line while she assisted other customers (which I think it is sort of ridiculous). I assured her once more that I had reviewed the form's details and that all that was left to do was for me to sign it. She didn't pay attention to me; instead, she only enlarged her eyes and said it again. Honestly, I don't get why she can't wait a second or two for me to sign it, but she got no patience and was very aloof.I returned to the line and signed the form. When it was my turn again, I returned the form to her and she asked for my identification and insurance. After she gave me back the two, she tried to tell me to walk to the pharmacy's far right corner to wait, but I could not hear her clearly. I asked her gently to reaffirm where I should go, but she interrupted me and simply reiterated what she had already said. When I told my other family members about it, they also had dealt with that same obnoxious employee at the Prescription Drop-Off counter. They also felt she was extremely uncouth. Because of mine and my family's interactions with her, I believe Costco managers and supervisors should look into that employee's poor performance in customer service.

Kim over the pharmacy counter is rude, impatient and arrogant. I appreciate other nice staff here in Costco but not Kim. I do not recommend this placex

I wish I could remember the name of the pharmacist I dealt with...I want to say his name was Scott? Regardless, he was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient over the phone and in person. I had to wait to start my dog on antibiotics until her culture results were in, so I was very eager to get her started on her antibiotic as soon as I could. I'm not even a Costco member and they had her medication ready within 2 hours on a Sunday no less. Me and my elderly pup thank you!

I have found the wait line moves quickly during their times of operation when the pharmacists are not on their lunch break. It's never been a problem. I scheduled my Covid booster, and it was a cake walk! The online scheduling was easy to use and the pharmacist that did the injection was awesome. In addition, as a DNP, I am very aware of all of the terrible injections one sees on TV with many people giving injections wrong completely missing the correct site which is in the middle of the deltoid muscle. The pharmacist gave the injection PERFECTLY!!!!
