Costco Pharmacy provides a great experience with fast and friendly service. The staff is always very polite, helpful, patient, and kind. Service is efficient, with seldom a long line, and when there is one it goes fast. Prescriptions are often ready within 30 minutes, and the pharmacy sends a text when orders are complete for easy pickup. The friendly pharmacists always pick up the phone and take time to answer questions about medications and cost, helping to find a better price. They also offer pet medications, making for a quick and easy pickup even for non-members. The staff goes out of their way to resolve issues and make prescription transfers seamless, demonstrating incredible kindness and patience.

Refills taking more than 3 days to fill! Pharmacy tech told me the have a big shortage of pharmacists and prescriptions will be taking much longer. I was happy with them, but 3 days is too long. Hopefully they fix things and we’ll be back.

I've had a great experience using Costco Pharmacy since Bartels closed. I have had a great experience with their walk-up window talking to helpful people and pick up is easy (if I don't forget that they're closed on Sundays). Their texting service is great for refills.

It’s okay. They’re really nice, but also not very nice so it kinda 50/50 here. Good enough to stick around, weird enough to be confused sometimes. Love Costco though. Even if their employees are kinda weird sometimes.
