The experience at First Tech has been excellent. Service for account is excellent. Checking and savings account opened with First Tech. Prompt helped with whole process. Easy to use app with user interface. Great experience banking. Love this bank; they were only ones willing to give a credit card as recent immigrant. Lent small personal loan with great rates when job lost. Grateful for credit union.

Great Experience opening an account! However, the overall user experience on the app needs a massive rehaul and should have been escalated long ago.
