“I would 100% recommend staying here. On a weekend we were only 20 minutes by car to downtown Seattle. The staff were helpful and polite, and the hotel excells at the small details. The location is close to the highway and the open air mall and core area can be explored on foot. It's very clean, modern and comfortable with a boutique luxury feel. It's what a hotel should be.”

“Rooms great. Front counter not always staffed. Staff that was present was courteous. 24 coffee and hot chocolate. Ok breakfast. Not super secure; a vagrant was noticed coming in and out for the free breakfast and restrooms. Front doors not locked, though there was a device for card key access. It was just never used. Discount for nice pancake house next door.”

“Hotel provided a great overall hotel experience from start to finish. Rooms and public space was clean and in excellent condition. The entire staff was caring and made us feel welcome. Michael at check in was welcoming and professional while Geri at the front desk showed caring hospitality skills, helpful answering questions and cheerful. A wonderful overall stay!”
