“Jim was a fantastic agent on the way in *and* on the way out. I moved out of state and he worked with my new agent to ensure that I had a smooth transition with State Farm, something he didn't have to do. While signing up with him, he got me better rates and is the only agent to go line by line and explain the various options of insurance. I told him I have no idea what insurance is and I really only have it because it's the law. Jim changed all that. He followed up with getting me insurance for my boat, my home, and an umbrella policy that according to my coworkers, was absurd that I didn't already have.
