“Today I met Christy Niemann..............it was like meeting my platoon leader in the military, while leaning how to do my first of 44 parachute jumps.............Her presentation was like she cared............and she did and does care. Christy was the type of Business Owner I wanted to help me in securing insurance for my house, auto and umbrella..................she explained everything to me like I was her student..............She has an admiral way about her presentation, and you just lean forward and take it all in. She is easy to look at and she speaks with a proactive approach as she wants you to understand completely what she is teaching you, and I say, teaching, because it is a form of teaching, of all the ends and outs of insurance coverage's. So she is through, as she should be..............now the other part to this insurance policy, is putting it in writing......and that is where Lindy comes in. Lindy took all of the information for my policy from Christy and than made up the policy for home, auto and umbrella, and when I looked over the policy it was readable and while reading it, lindy stood by to make sure what she wrote up was what i understood was to be the new policy that Christy and I had agreed to, and it was. The very last time I was involved with such technical data was in the military. Christy was amazing, and Lindy was heart warming......................Today was a perfect day. I don't know where you can do better if you want insurance coverage. I wish I had State Farm many years ago from this Agency.”

I moved out of state and he worked with my new agent to ensure that I had a smooth transition with State Farm, something he didn't have to do. While signing up with him, he got me better rates and is the only agent to go line by line and explain the various options of insurance. I told him I have no idea what insurance is and I really only have it because it's the law. Jim changed all that. He followed up with getting me insurance for my boat, my home, and an umbrella policy that according to my coworkers, was absurd that I didn't already have. I wish I could have kept him as my agent even with my out of state move. :(Thanks, Jim!”

I'm a first time home owner with more questions than answers and both your agents excelled in unique ways that generally had me happy to have selected all state as my home insurer... Tracy was very thorough, patient, and off the bat knowledgeable about the intricacies of his field... never made me feel rushed, or set aside for later... This guy is a Rockstar and a clear example affirming the intuitive decision to select all state... people like him is why i don't intend on double dating with progressive when my auto policy expires (emerald member i believe,w/e over ten years without lapse is)...I then had questions about my policy and spoke with Jonathan at hq, no matter how absurd or preposterous my questions were or how much I probably embarrassed him, he remained collected, never making me feel any of my questions were stupid ones... blown away by the consistent quality of agents this place must have to get two back to back with unique gifts... these types of employees are why this company thrives and continues a foothold on the Seattle market! No question about would I recommend All-State... they are the ones setting the gold standard! True keepers!! Idk if you guys do annual assessments or not but if so take care of the young men above, give them a pay bump or more critical position... they retain and procure more business thru their capabilities, speech, and demeanor than you know... don't usually do this but the experiences have me blown away 28/10.... exceeded all expectations!!”

Since I'm aware that CAI certifies professional managers and vendors in the condominium community, I thought that perhaps they could provide a more competitive quote for our condo's insurance needs; with an annual premium nearing $200,000, After a lengthy discussion, and a fair amount of research, they concluded that our current broker had performed well on our behalf, and (with a few minor suggestions) that we were well served. They added that they would be pleased to work with us if we decided to change brokers in the future, and yet refused to promise what they might not be able to deliver. I was well and truly impressed, and committed myself to revisit the process when the next renewal came up for consideration. Nothing during our discussions gave me the feeling that I was dealing with anything but a most professional organization.”
