I absolutely do not like leaving negative reviews literally anywhere, but I really felt the need to do so in this case. I moved into my small unit back in April to store some things from moving. Suddenly they decided to raise my rent $10. For basically a closet sized space. On top of that, they added another lock to my unit without my knowledge making it inaccessible. I understand that I “locked it wrong” but maybe contact me and set up a time for me to get the key for it? Even then, not a huge deal if I could actually get ahold of somebody through the office in the middle of the day. I was there at 3pm on Monday (not even a holiday) to move my stuff out but nobody was in the office or answering the phone. I made multiple attempts and left multiple messages with no response until the next day. The office hours shouldn’t be listed as 6am-9pm. Absolutely false. On top of it, when I did get ahold of somebody they sounded impatient and rude and like I was wasting their time. Maybe don’t manage a storage space then? Never using this facility again and I kind of wish I had known it would be such a headache.

I am giving 5 stars only for Mattrell! She is the ONLY reason why we have rented at this location and with Public Storage. She has gone above and beyond to help my family and I. We are incredibly grateful for her. She is the only one who has helped and been kind to us here. Thank you so much for your generosity Mattrell!

This was my first time visiting the Public Storage location in Redmond, and I had a great experience. John M was extremely helpful—he gave me a thorough tour and made sure I felt comfortable with the facility. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. As always, it was a pleasure using Public Storage. Highly recommend this location!

The property was well kept our unit was ok. The light didnt work so it was hard to see inside the unit. If you ever need to ask a real person questions good luck. We called and left messages with the property manager at least 8 times during our 6 month rental and never once did we receive a return call. Our insurance company tried calling them several times and no return calls. I would rate Customer service very poor.

I moved all my stuff out of my unit in preparation to close my account. I was gonna call the next day, but an employee call me before I did and said he noticed my unit was empty with the lock removed. Then he offered to cancel the account right there. Took just 2 minutes.
So man that works here (forgive me I forgot your name) is doing good work inspecting the area if he notices that one of hundreds of units had its lock removed, and then had the intitiative to quickly call me which saved me time and energy.
Wish I could have service like this everywhere!

Not really happy with the facilities, or the constantly jacking up my prices. It's difficult to get them to talk to you unless you want a new rental. However, thankfully I got Mattrell to help me when she was in the office. She went out and changed the light in my unit and provided great service. Mattrell is awesome.

Horibble Horrilble Horrible!!! Every time we came there was no one working inside. How do you rent a unit when the door is always locked a no one inside. We had to call the automated number to set up a reservation. Later we spoke to someone named Mike who was I believe the manager of the place and my daughter reserved her unit and made a reservation to come by and secure the unit. In the middle of a move with uhual truck we arrived only for the doors to be locked again and no one in sight. We kept calling the manager, but it kept going to voicemail. We also called the main office to inform that we have been sitting outside for over 40 minutes. They informed us that the manager was probably making rounds checking units and that they were open until 5. So did they just want us to wait in the hot sun for hours. They had no direct cell to the manager and said they will send them an email that we have been waiting. We ended up leaving because we only had the uhaul truck for certain time period and had items to move. We just left frustrated and went to another storage facility n the area which gave us way better service than this place!!!
