The Lodge at Redmond Ridge offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes and apartments with oversized windows, private patios and balconies, and built-in desks. Residents can enjoy a fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor pool and spa, and complimentary tanning beds. The management team is praised for great communication and addressing problems promptly, with maintenance issues handled immediately. The grounds are kept beautifully, offering a good vibe with nature and nearby walkable paths. However, some residents have experienced issues with fire alarms going off frequently for years, impacting daily life. There are also mentions of aged interiors, paper-thin walls, and a desire for more refurbishment of apartments, particularly concerning stove drip pans and trim. While the staff is generally considered amazing and happy to help, high manager and staff turnover is noted, sometimes affecting office hours. Rent is considered high, though this is common in the area. The community is described as great, with a staff that is the best some have experienced. One resident highlighted an insane monthly fee for month-to-month lease transitions. Despite some drawbacks, many find it a good place to live, with some recommending it for short-term stays.
I have been a resident of The Lodge at Redmond Ridge for almost 3 years! I absolutely love it here! It is very quiet and safe with lots of walking trails on site! Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of very quickly! I would recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a great place in Redmond!

If it were not for the fire alarms going off all the time and effecting our lives, sleep and hearing I would give 5 stars. This has been a problem on and off for years. One of these days people will not leave their units when they should or the firemen will be here when there is a real fire somewhere else.
