“I have lived in multiple apartments and this one is my favorite so far.* The location is great, close to Redmond Transit Center, downtown park, restaurants and the town center.* The apartment is well-maintained and managed.* The property manager Jennifer is super helpful and always nice to work with, she gave us a virtual tour and explained everything before we moved in. The response is very timely.* Tenants are friendly.Definitely recommend this apartment!”

“I lived at Core83 since 2017 and Julie, Lisa and Pedro have been the greatest caring team! The building is amazing, is always spotless, it’s a quiet peaceful community. The only reason I moved it’s because I needed more space.”

“Moved in January and have really enjoyed living here. The staff is great, the pool area is beautiful, and they regularly host events with sweet treats for the holidays. I’ve absolutely loved this.Just got my lease renewal letter though and there’s an insane monthly fee (almost $500- added to my normal monthly rate) to transition to a month to month lease. I wish our leases could automatically transition to a monthly lease without this fee.”
