“The staff at the Redmond, WA Firestone is top notch. Recently, I have had a few issues with my Ford Explorer and each time, they were timely, informative and got the work and repairs done very quickly. The staff is also very friendly and the store is clean. The most recent was flat tire that suffered a slice in the sidewall. I was able to bring it in and due the age of the tires, they were able to provide a full set of new tires and install within 45 minutes. Last month, I had a strut issues with possible damage to the front end brake line. Again, they resolved with professional care. A call out to Skye and Ryan for phenomenal service.”

He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. .
Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism.
Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience.
