“I brought my GFs 04 S2000 in to fix a clearcoat issue from a previous bad job, body/paint work on the rear bumper and to replace my exhaust tip that got damaged. I called before showing up, as many autobody shops may not be able to give day of estimates. Kevin said to swing by and he'd take a look. He was able to give and commit to an estimate on the spot that was more than fair price.But here's why they get a 5 star rating... (Keep in mind I know nothing about body work) I inquired about touching up the hood rock chips. Rather than quote it and take my money, Kevin took the time to explain that unless I do the other fender the paint could potentially not match. This was the point that I was pretty sure I'd come to the right place. Other employees loved the car, and talked to me about it while I was there. Picked it up today and it looks brand new.Great work Kevin and the rest of the team! Thank you!”

They help me with my budget, tires information, and give great options and recommendations on my future needs to fix my alignment. I had a flat tire, it was completely tore up. I am very lucky it was high quality Pirelli run flats that give me an extra mile or i could've cause an accident. They offer me 3 quality tires, i was in and out of the tire shop. Luckily I take my car there for service so was quite pleased that my car ended up there. I am even more pleased by the experience that I have had. “The service was amazing and fast, they didn’t up charge me or anything and they were all super friendly. I had to get the track to my driver side window fixed and they had suggested I also get an oil change and a tire rotation, when I said I couldn’t afford it they basically gave it to me for free! On top of all that, my car door use to pop when I opened it from the left fender getting bumped back when I got hit a while back, when I went to pick my car up it didn’t pop anymore. Amazing service!!!”

“Costco's gas stations are open different hours than the warehouse clubs so they deserve to be a separate business. This gas station is open 6am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and then 7am to 7pm on weekends. On this rainy Monday morning, there was almost no wait and I was able to fill up very quickly. At peak times on weekends, you could be waiting a half hour. Is 30 minutes of your time really worth the $2 you might save on 20 gallons of fuel?Use either side! Yes, you can use the pumps with the fuel on either side regardless of where the fuel filler is on your car as they have extra long hoses that will fit over just about every car. Not my Sprinter van though! They do not have squeegees and do not sell any of the usual gas station / convenience store merchandise. This is fuel only.You do need to be a member of Costco to use the gas station. Your lower prices are sometimes more than 10c better here than at local gas stations because your annual membership is subsidizing the price.[Review 20918 overall - 123 in Washington - 1902 of 2023.]”
“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”
