“They fixed my leaking tire issue where lesswab, costco, firestone can't fix it. It's an easy finding for pep boys, they identified a small crack on the rim and replaced the the rim with new rim. But where as lesswab , cosco and firestone guys told me that they fixed the leak. But they didn't. One said there is a nail and removed the nail, another said valve is leaking and replaced the valve, but it's not the root cause. The Crack on the rim visible to a naked eye, but not sure on how they couldn't identify it.”
“Over Memorial Day weekend, we noticed that the tire pressure on our Tesla was abnormal, and then we found a nail stuck in one of the tires. Since it was a holiday, many shops were closed. We checked with the Discount Tire location we usually go to, but unfortunately the earliest appointment was two days later. Then we happened to see that this Les Schwab Tire Centers store had an opening the next morning.
We came in early, dropped off the car, and they repaired the tire in about half an hour. Amazingly, it was completely free! They also inflated all four tires for us, and even checked the alignment and brakes.
Next time we need new tires, we’ll definitely come back here. Their service was outstanding.”
“I've been going to Fisher's Auto for over 30 years, mostly with company Toyota Tacoma's, plus our various other cars. It started after a different shop left a rag on the air filter that ended up around the final drive, and they denied any responsibility. So I went to Fisher's and haven't looked back. They're helpful, and stand behind their work. Support the locals who haven't been sucked up by the big guys and venture capital.”

“Got a flat tire on a Sunday and once I was able to get towed to them, they were able to find a tire for my car (which is a miracle because I have a mini and they have very small tires) and replaced it within an hour. They were very nice and it also didn’t cost nearly as much as I was expecting! Thanks for helping me out!!”

My overall experience is 4/5 because of the warranty process itself. Costco does not offer battery installation, so customers must remove and reinstall the battery themselves. For warranty claims, the battery must also be removed and brought into the warehouse for testing. In my case, the battery failed after only 4.5 months, and although it was covered under warranty, I still paid about $20 plus tax for the replacement.

Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. ESPECIALLY Del, he really went above and beyond for me. Really wanted my family to have a great holiday!
