The truck had a lot of visible damage to both sides and the top of the cab. When we initially opened the cargo hatch there was standing water in the front left corner, which they did get a mop and clean. It appeared, however, that there were several roof leaks as there was more water when we arrived to the first location and more when we arrived to the second so my stuff was wet. When I turned the truck on, the check engine light was on. Employee stated it was fine, when I asked if he knew why the light was on he simply said no and stared at me...told me to call Uhaul if the light became a problem. Truck made a clanging noise when driven but did not overheat or break down. So 2 stars because the truck was there and I was technically able to drive it, but I would not recommend this location.

It was my first experience with u-haul and I was quite stressed and uncertain how it suppose to work, not mentioning not being regular to drive a big car. The staff were extra friendly and helpful, while it's not even their direct \ main business there.Specifically, I would like to mention Richard who was who has helped me a lot by answering my first timer, inexperienced customer questions.Basically, most of the info \ actions could be done directly on u-haul web site, but it significantly reduced my stress level to be able to raise my questions in person with a customer oriented fellowThank you

It was easy to book and pick up U-Haul. Well maintained reception area and responsive team. Vehicle was clean and it was good to see back up (wide angle) camera in these trucks. While we dropped vehicle after hours, it was painful to complete truck return process as they need proof of mileage and gas indicator by uploading photos. It was very frustrating to upload photos as it won’t accept for quite a bit of time.

If I could give UHaul a negative star rating I would. First, there are no real people for you to talk to. Second, their online reservation system is terrible and only works if you complete the transaction while they are OPEN so someone can facilitate it, which eliminates the whole "online" no contact point of an online reservation system. The person behind the desk at the Storage place that houses the vehicles was, predictably, unhelpful. We wasted the while morning. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL. I should have read the other reviews.

Currently sitting in my car while my husband and I drive 6 extra hours to pick up a uhaul truck we reserved 2 months ago.The truck was reserved to be picked up 5 minutes from our house (at this location in Redmond). When my husband called last night to just double check everything with the reservation, we were told that, oops, someone should have called us (2 months ago) and let us know that our reservation, still showing a pick up online in our town, would not be honored and the closest truck was more than 100 miles away.We have to move out tomorrow, are still packing and cleaning, and now have to take time off work to drive in Friday traffic for over 200 miles.After talking to both this and the far Uhaul locations AND Uhaul corporate, we have been offered $50 off for their mistake which won't even cover the extra fuel to get the truck home.Zero stars Uhaul.

Walked in the door. 1 person working and she was on the phone. No greeting. No, I'll be with you in a minute. No nothing. Walked out after a few minutes. Never returning.

The staff at this location were helpful. No complaints there. My complaint is with UHaul. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. All the tech components failed on their end. They would be better off going back to a nontechnical system.

The pickup process was real easy, I had made the booking online and didn't have an account. The rep at the front desk was really helpful and I was out on the road in a few minutes.

I made a reservation on July 16th for a 15’ moving truck from Redmond, WA. I was just told 12 hours before my reservation that there are no trucks available for my move on July 31st. I understand things are difficult during COVID-19, but why would you confirm an order that you cannot fulfill?? Now I am stuck with no moving truck and I have to move in the next 24 hours. I will never use UHaul services again. Next time don’t promise your customer a service you cannot fulfill.
