U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers a range of rental services, including trucks, trailers, cargo vans, and pick-up trucks, for local or one-way moves. They also provide moving supplies, such as shipping boxes and U-Box containers, which can be reserved online. Customers have had positive experiences renting from this location. The staff is described as extremely friendly and helpful, even for first-time and inexperienced customers. The vehicles are well-maintained and clean, with features like backup cameras. However, the after-hours drop-off process can be frustrating, as it requires uploading photos as proof of mileage and gas level, which can be time-consuming. Overall, the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides a convenient and customer-oriented rental experience, with a responsive team ready to assist customers with their moving needs.
Ive had two fantastic experiences renting from this U-Haul in the past two weeks. Friendly, professional, and easy to check in/check out using the app.
