Today, I went to this Verizon location, to see if they can help me paying my bill, I came in and one of the employees came up to me, and said what can he help me with I told him If can to see if they can help me of paying my bill, cause I have no phone service, and he said that he will ask on of the other employees if they can help me with that, I waited I was looking at their phones, and I was on my phone, now it’s been 30mins and I saw on of the employees isn’t helping anyone, so in my mind I was okey now I’m going to be called up to get assisted, I’d look at the guy, and he looked at me but it wasn’t a look, it was giving like he doesn’t want to help kinda look, I felt like I was being judged by the way I was dressed, I had sweatpants and an oversize shirt, with some slides, all of a sudden a customer comes in and the guy that was looking at me, helped him instead, I was literally standing there for 30 mins just looking stupid, this store is the only store that would treat me like if I was a homeless person from the street, getting looked at, their customer service is not good at all I am a manager at a restaurant, and I was really disappointed, I’d left to another Verizon over at Kirkland and they have the best employees and customer service, that is the second time I had to go to Kirkland, and I’m very disappointed, but this Verizon in Redmond, for sure need some new employees that would treat their customers well, and not just avoiding their customers or getting looked at with a side eye, like you are some type of animal or something, I’m never coming back to this location, I was trying to give a chance, but I’m not, and I don’t want to waste my time. This place I prefer, to be replace for people who really know what good customer service is, and how to treat customers

Been with Verizon for 27 years I'm so disappointed with my customer service treated me terribly did not explain anything at the store waited for my appointment for 20 minutes unbelievably poor customer service wanted to buy two new phones no promotions full price looks like I have to go to T-Mobile did not want to leave Verizon

Came in to get my phone fixed/repaired
I ended up coming in to get a screen replaced for a device I recently gotten (I was neglectful and hadn't got a case or screen protector for my new phone before dropping it and shattering the screen)
After waiting for a minute I ended up being helped by an individual who was definitely viewing me as an easily taken of advantage individual. After explaining how I wanted to get my phone screen fixed he moved onto asking me to apply for a credit card to get a new phone to add to my family's plan. During the transaction my sister ended up joining me along with her boyfriend. The boyfriend noticed the salesman wasn't even addressing my issue and pointed out how my phone still is responsive (I can unlock it just my screen isn't viewable) the salesman leaves and comes back with some sort of fabricated offer about adding lines to lower the total price of service. My sister and myself end up trusting the salesman and signed to further push his agendas! (who knows maybe Verizon incentivizes taking advantage of their customers)
Now I've made our family situation more strenuous by making us all pay more.
Oh and the best part I hadn't mentioned yet! The salesman directed me to a website that isn't linked to Verizon to fix my phone screen
All in all definitely wanting to switch providers! There's no way I'm ever coming back to this Verizon store. They just want to make their customers out as fools

Horrible service. Was sent here by online customer service to get a return label - the rep was extremely rude told me he is not 'corporate' Verizon. Started raising his voice and flat out said he wont help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor was told he is the manager and the general manager is not there, so I should leave. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Stay away from these guys. Unexplainable terrible service in addition to place an order I never requested. I’m doing everything I can to get Verizon to investigate this store. These guys are rats.
FYI - They are an authorized Verizon dealer, not a real Verizon corporate store.

As always, Logan was very knowledgeable and generous with his time in helping me set up my new phone. I am a technology - averse person so I appreciated the education! Also, Arun gave me a good idea today to save money on my monthly bill, which showed his commitment to customer satisfaction. Again, great service all around !

Always excellent customer support at this Verizon store in Redmond! Taylor was very helpful and generous with her time in explaining how to use my new phone in simple terms. I never felt rushed or embarrassed by my lack of technical knowledge. She was very professional and courteous, as was Logan, the store manager.

Customer service is terrible. I feel uncomfortable just walking in the door. No one welcomes you in. When they do acknowledge you, they barely listen to what you want before trying to up-sell you on every part of your plan. Finally, they screw up the one thing you came into the store for. I've no doubt I'll be in again soon to repeat this process on a billing error related to my most recent visit/request.

Horrible store, and Verizon is a thief. I opened a business account with them. They promised me a bunch of discounts and bonuses(for business accountt they promised to me $200 per line). All I got is crazy random monthly charges. I called and asked "where is my bonuses?" Obviously, they had no clue what I'm talking about. So, at this store, they will lie to your face. After two years, I switched to T mobile(in some areas when Verizon was zero antennas, T mobile has all 5). Don't go to this store.

I had a terrible experience upgrading my phone. The executive (Ernest) didn't have knowledge about the deals, confirmed the deal, sold me new phone only to know that the deal doesn't apply to me! I wish this store had a staff with due diligence to validate and not give false information before selling to customers. I remain helpless to listen to standard statements and talk to customer care for someone else's fault only to bare loss.
