Customer service is terrible. I feel uncomfortable just walking in the door. No one welcomes you in. When they do acknowledge you, they barely listen to what you want before trying to up-sell you on every part of your plan. Finally, they screw up the one thing you came into the store for. I've no doubt I'll be in again soon to repeat this process on a billing error related to my most recent visit/request.

Horrible store, and Verizon is a thief. I opened a business account with them. They promised me a bunch of discounts and bonuses(for business accountt they promised to me $200 per line). All I got is crazy random monthly charges. I called and asked "where is my bonuses?" Obviously, they had no clue what I'm talking about. So, at this store, they will lie to your face. After two years, I switched to T mobile(in some areas when Verizon was zero antennas, T mobile has all 5). Don't go to this store.

I had a terrible experience upgrading my phone. The executive (Ernest) didn't have knowledge about the deals, confirmed the deal, sold me new phone only to know that the deal doesn't apply to me! I wish this store had a staff with due diligence to validate and not give false information before selling to customers. I remain helpless to listen to standard statements and talk to customer care for someone else's fault only to bare loss.

Brandon was super helpful today to resolve a serious phone issue that was preventing us from:Receiving & sending messages plus not being able to call out or receive phone calls. Amazing! Patient and knowledgable! Brandon is the guy!!!!

I went to 2 different stores before this trying to get some help transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone on a warranty return. This used to be a free service, but not anymore as they have made it pretty easy as long as you have a good WiFi connection, which I don't. Neither one of the first two stores offered to let me use their WiFi. Just wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for doing it for me and were rude in the process. This store however, was different. From the moment I walked in they seemed friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. They offered to let me use their WiFi for free from the moment they knew what I needed and didn't want to charge me a fee for something I could do myself. When I wasn't able to do it myself because my phone wasn't operating correctly they put me on the list to be helped and Arun did his utmost to get it done for me. When he wasn't able to finish the job before closing he decided not to charge me as he had not completed the work. He did write down instructions for me to finish it on my own and his phone number if I needed help at home. Said I could bring it back next day if I needed to. I didn't. Because they didn't seem desperate to take my money I ended up buying some lens covers before I left. Everyone there, not just Arun, were absolutely wonderful. When I buy a new phone I will go there. Thanks Guys!!! Note: The fee for info transfer is less than other two locations I went to.

What is the point of having a physical Verizon location if the representatives working there can’t do anything aside from sell you a phone and have terrible customer service on top of that?Returning a router? Call customer service. Transferring a line? Call customer service. Account changes? Call customer service? They literally cannot help you in-store and, judging by the attitudes of the vast majority of the staff, likely don’t even want to. If I could give less than one star, I would. The only saving grace has been Quin, as they have always been positive during our interactions.

This store took 2.5 hours to get me a simple quote. 1 hour wait to talk to a rep. That's fine I can see that traffic is busy. 1.5 hours to have a simple quote on an upgrading my plan... After 1.5 hours, the quote was full of things not wanted and was just a hot mess, they added insurance, streaming, and iWatch...what an absolute waste of time and an absolute disregard to customer time. The manager came over for a question and got me the exact info I had been asking for in 2 minutes. I wish I had spoken to him first and saved a Saturday afternoon. In the future would advise that the reps prioritize customer needs vs trying to tack on a ton of overhead that no one asked for. At minimum respect the customer's ask and time.

Unable to activate Tracfone, owned by Verizon. Got a nasty response from Verizon employee. Then I received a second reply the next day, the usual "Sorry-how can we help you" You've heard it before. Tried Tracfone web site. The web site would not accept the serial number, the sim car number, etc. Will buy another brand, not associated with Verizon. The customer treatment by Verizon employees is criminal. Guess this 20-something generation thinks it's cute and funny. Sorry, I am of a generation where you would have been fired. Keep it going kids, unemployment won't cover your lattes.

I had a terrible experience buying a phone here in 2019. So today i buy one online to get picked up there. They had my phone and i got it and left. Setting it up it wanted to give me a new number so i called Verizon and they informed me the phone should have been set up in store and now it's taking days to get activated. I'll NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN THEY DON'T HAVE A SINGLE CARE EXCEPT SEPARATING YOU FROM YOUR MONEY.

All I can say is I'm baffled by the customer service here. Do not come here at all. The workers are rude, and have no idea what they're doing. I went in because my screen started glitching and I just got my phone, they told me that I had to pay off my phone completely before I could get a new one. I told them about how I should be able to get a replacement because my phone was in great condition and I read the terms and services. They did not listen at all. I decided I was wasting my time so I went to another Verizon- they told me my phone was in perfect condition and I'm eligible for a replacement at no cost. You will get no where at this store. Also there was me and this guy in this store and they refused to help him by not making an appointment but I just walked in? Not sure what he needed but they told him "do you have an appointment" "you need an appointment before we can help you". Just super rude, sad to see it.

I was trying to return a router. This place said they can't do it at their store and I need to contact online customer service. So I went home. After 2 hours' chat with 3 customer agents online, they told me I have to return it in a retail store. So I chose another Verizon store. They helped process my return within 2 minutes. You should know your system and business better to serve your customers!

My wife and I got married and needed to merge accounts. Shannon and the team there were very helpful! Appreciate the fast results!! A+++++
