Poor service, I had an appointment at 3:30pm and I want there on time but they told me wait for few minutes because banker were busy with customers. After I wait almost 20 minutes they told we are close at 4pm sorry for inconvenience.

We've never received such poor service. My 91 year old mother who has had an account with BOfA for over 40 years was refused service, because she didn't know the pin number on her BOfA card. She had 2 pieces of ID and couldn't get her checks cashed, beware of the new manager. I then went to the Fairwood Branch and was taken of.

The Factoria, WA branch of B of A is HORRIBLE. I had terrible service from not one but two young men. I have been a B of A customer for over 30 years but you have lost my business now. I had over $4000 and needed the money to take an out of state road trip because a relative is terminally. They told me my account was DORMANT and I could not have my money. They snickered at me and did not give me my cash. I am older woman and do not appreciate being treated in a condescending, and dismissive manner. I also think there was an element of racism involved. I will never return to that Factoria branch. They gave me a business card to call and it was for a Vice President who NO LONGER WORKED THERE, with a phone that was never answered, and an email that was inactive. There were just ridiculing me.

I need to go in safe deposit box to get government documents. I email to their BofA Safe Deposit Box Access . . Only electronic said answer 24 hour . But 4days no any one reply at allUp date , They call me but I don’t recognize the no. They send email to me this afternoon. I can set up time to go in .Thanks

I found my experience there quite productive and the staff quite helpful. I needed to activate my card but was not able to do so online or over the phone and was directed to go to a local branch. I was helped out by the manager, though I hadn't made an appointment, and she made a call to get an apparent block removed from my card. I did have to wait a bit but that's to be expected pretty much anywhere these days between Covid and staff shortages.

Came here once. Only 1 teller window open and he was taking all his sweet time. A very long line was formed and the employees didn’t seem to care. Not coming back to this location again.

Banker showed up late and didn't acknowledge that i was waiting over 15min for him. Didn't even approach me to ensure if i was waiting for him or someone else. Someone else had to get involved to notify him of an apt made ahead of time. Bank American is out dated by their process of handling client simply needed to change a password or ordering cards. Everyone in the bank should be able to do that takes less then 10min

If this branch is an indicator of Bank of America service I am appalled. I showed up an hour before closing. Was never acknowledged until 5 minutes before closing. The lady was kind enough but took a client that arrived after me and said maybe my associate can help, but he was already logged out and ready to leave for the day. I had someone open an account in my name and was following up. Would have taken 2 minutes. Thank god I am a chase private client and do not have to deal with these people.

2nd attempt to deposit foreign currency. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to make a single deposit. The teller needed her supervisor, who was the only banker in the branch and she was busy with other customers.After being told to wait in the lobby, I eventually left the money with the teller to deposit when she had the time. The dollar amount wasn’t that much, but it was quite a frustrating experience. Have been a Bank of America customer for 20+ years and this experience was slower than the DMV.
