“AJ and Dean are awesome! Getting back into mountain biking and decided to check this place out. Best decision I’ve made in a while!
Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable, even found a bike for my wife!
AJ was even kind enough to compare 2 different bikes for me, doing research to give me his opinion to make sure I chose the right bike for me.
If you are looking for a REAL bike shop that wants to make sure you enjoy bikes as much as they do - look no further. ?????”
“Hi I Visited the bike store today I needed something for my bike, the worker was so helpful and went out of his way to get the particular thing that I needed!! Amazing!!! Thank you for great service !!!!”
“Dale is such a friendly fellow and quite willing to negotiate. I recently traded my old Trek 7700 in at Dale's shop and got a used Sun Seeker recumbent, which I am enjoying immensely. I've had the Sun Seeker about two weeks and have put over 120 miles on it.
Don't let the eccentric appearance of the inside of the shop put you off. I don't know if Dale was rearranging the place but things were kind of tossed helter skelter. No matter, chatting with Dale will put you at ease.
I am more than satisfied with my transaction with Dale and would recommend his shop to anyone.”
“Josh, n Crew went above and beyond excellence in my Buying experience of my new Kona 160 E-Mt bike. There where some hiccups with the Bike. Not the shops fault at all. But they worked overtime to resolve any and All issues. It all worked out and I'm Very Happy with the Bike and the service from Cycle Therapy bike shop. Job Well done. Thanks..”
“The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The store is open for limited hours (Noon to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday) due to the all-volunteer staff of bicycle fans. It's worth working your schedule to arrive during their hours.Very convenient location to ride your bike to, along Hiawatha Street, connecting Dearborn to the I-90 bike route.”
“Michael A
Aaron, the salesman was incredibly cool to work with. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about Trek products. This was my second Trek bike and I just love the tech put into the bikes. I bike a lot and Trek bikes are enjoyable to ride every single mile.”
“I’ve been a loyal 20/20 customer for over ten years. I consistently get parts I can count on and excellent repair work for a reasonable price. Their advice is thoughtful and helpful. I’ve been a commuter in a few different cities and this is the best bike shop I’ve come across.”
“I don't have much to add to the other reviews, but this place was great. Tyler and Robert worked hard to find a bike that fit my budget and parameters, and made sure to have me (and my son!) test out each bike. (They also let my 5 year old hang out at the shop and cannily bribed him to get him on the bikes!)
They were really focused on making sure that I walked out of the shop with a bike that made sense for me and my family.
Great investment. I ride the bike just about every day for commute + kid dropoff. So much better than being in a car.”
“Treat your bike shop as you would your primary care doctor: seek expertise first and foremost, build a history for optimized long-term care, and—if you’re lucky—enjoy some proper bedside manner too.
I’ve found this at Mello Fellos, a recent growth from Jesse and Andy’s nearby OG shop MTB Repair where I’ve dropped in for simple, pre-bike adventure consultations and a tool here and there.
The new shop is awesome—they still have rad swag, and their mechanic, Jon, has done some amazing specialty work on my bike—repairing a fork warped by careless baggage handlers, and converting my stock wheelset into a tubeless setup. A bike genius, he speaks in metaphors and can explain complex lingo into relatable concepts.
Great work and on time, with fair, transparent pricing locks me in. Getting as excited about my bike as I do makes me want to return often for cosmetic procedures and preventive care.
Highly recommend the good doctors at Mello Fellos ?”
“I had never been to Gregg's before to have any work done, but I had an issue with an older tandem bottom bracket. Chris helped me - he was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and got me out the door with a great solution. While I was there, I saw the mechanics help everyone from commuters on hybrids to enduro bros - they seemed super professional, well staffed, helpful. I'll be back.”

“Workers are always friendly. I leased a bike for 3 months during my internship in Seattle. It was the perfect way to commute. The price works well with Amazon commuter benefits. Work reimbursed me the $165/month. And the bike is so much fun to ride. It was one of my favorite things to do while in the city - explore on my e-bike.”
“I visited a lot of different bike shops looking for new bikes for my wife and myself. Dave at Center Cycle was great. He had lots to share about the differences between different bikes. Ultimately, we decided to get a bike elsewhere that center cycle just didn't carry, but I was honestly disappointed not to make the purchase here after all the help Dave gave us. I will definitely come back when it's time to buy the next bike.”
