I love this place BUT THIS TIME THE GUY DIRECTING ME SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW CARS REAR RIM. I heard something and saw the guy looking at my rear tire so after the wash I looked and HUGE GASH/SCRATCH ON MY RIM???

Had my brand new bmw rear ended here even though I don't blame brown bear as the driver behind me hit his gas instead of the break and hit my rear bumper it still caused me to be late for my meeting and pain, time and suffering still from this.. I won't be back to this location as I don't feel my 100k car is safe

Not a very efficient clean. Lots of grime still left. No where to buy additional cleaning supplies. $12 is too much for the poor quality I got.
