He went way above and beyond in getting the smell out and I couldn't be happier with his work. I'll definitely be taking my car here for mechanical things moving forward. He was very honest, forthright, and never tried to upsell me on anything. A refreshing experience in the world of mechanics!”
“THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU!!! You guys helped me so much drying out my foam after a water leak, and did it promptly, took a car from the glass shop and always answered my calls!!! You went far & beyond and even cleaned extras I did not ask for and could not afford!! I had sunroof leaking into the car, my padding was wet, they removed my seats, upholstered carpet, trunk, spare tired place and cleaned all out and even cleaned exterior of my car !! You are fabulous, thank you very very much, Happy Valentines Day!! I will be back & will recommend you to everyone! Thanks to your drying out my car 3 of my windows now work and roll as a bonus! “You can do a free vac and wipe down for 15 min with your wash. No self serve car wash unfortunately that’s my preference. Staff on duty today very nice and polite, love brown bear.”
“It's very accessible, can get packed at times. Also be aware that it does have brushes so you may get scratches if any from the brushes at these types of car wash. Check times the later you go the vacuums may be shut down.”

“I love Brown Bear car washes! My son took me through one for the first time after I moved to Seattle. He made it a fun little jam session with tunes cranked up! This last wash was paid for with a coupon for a free wash from Walker's Renton Mazda where I'd had some work done (bonus!). Even with two lines of cars backed up seven deep each feeding into one line, the wait didn't seem long at all! The workers prepping the cars with extra services were fast and efficient in moving the line along. Next time your car needs a wash, pull up, sit back, crank the jams, and run it through a Brown Bear (the one with the new yellow bear logo)!”

“We pulled off the highway because our tire pressure alert went off and wanted to air it up. Sadly we found a huge screw had punctured our tire. The new owner was so kind and he,Paul. He offered to patch the tire for us (just to ne helpful, not charging etc) and walked us through what to get etc. We decide to try fixaflat just to get us across the street about 1/2 mile away to the discount tire. When that didn’t work he came out and literally put our spare in for us and wouldn’t even accept a tip.
This guy has a customer for life. I just wish we lived in the area, but we will make a point to stop here any time we are heading through Renton.
He said he just bought the place a few months ago and I think more business is the best way to repay him.

“When using a card here you will get a $10 hold it is to verify there is enough money in the account after the transaction process through your bank that $10 will change to whatever amount you used here you are no being scammed. Also when using a card to stop the machines vacs/bays there is a button with a green light around it on the card swiper that is the stop button even when using tap to pay.”
