“We had an appointment here today 10/5/24 for my daughter’s phone with charging issues for her iPhone 15. For some reason the charge cord would not stay in the connection port. It was loose and would easily detach and not charge.
One of the Apple agent (failed to obtain his name) seemed to know what to do. He explained that he would open the phone and clean up the area and it should be good. He was definitely on point. We tested it and the charger stayed in like it should. We also purchased an AirPods 4 for a great price of $129 ?
Service was awesome. All in all. We were in and out within 30 minutes. ?”
