Pricing on devices could be lower for me to actually consider buying here. Giant tableful, snarl of misc cables is gone, thankfully sorted or recycled. You will need to ring the service bell to distantly summon someone to run the checkout register.”

“I have utilized Apple products since 1985 or 86 and the store is a great resource and appreciate having a real in person opportunity to go over Technology with knowledgeable staff, there’s nothing that beats this. I’m worried that this will be one of those classic locations that will just get discarded and depersonalized by the artificial intelligence systems which sucks most of the time. It’s just not the same thing and it replaces people who are real and it’s just, a cave into the culture of stupidity, even though it’s supposedly high-tech. (If it closes).”

I have a MAC and the computer died but I don’t want to get a new one with everything happening in the Congo - I was able to get a new battery with labor for $200 and it was ready within a few days (I was initially quoted 7-10 days!) - cost, customer service and locally owned!”
