Giving 3 stars because despite my stay here being unproblematic and office staff being kind and helpful, I got charge $1067 after move out for paint and cleaning. I cleaned before I left and the only spot that needed to be painted was about 4 by 4 inches of wall :)

I recently toured crown pointe and really loved the community. The apartment looked great and the leasing person was very helpful!
