“Did a great job of repairing the ventilation duct for a dryer. I had them show up at the same time as an appliance tech since we weren't sure what the root cause was. They could have sold me an entirely new duct, which the appliance tech recommended. Instead, they unblocked the duct, inspected it, determined it was fine and made a repair to prevent future issues. Would definitely call this company again.”
“I had been looking for quite a while for a new apartment and, unfortunately, it's been a VERY tedious process. Fortunately, I was put in touch with an employee named Kat Acosta who has literally been a game changer as far as helping me with this process and alleviating my stress and anxiety. People should take note of such award-winning attention to detail, prompt and clear communication and impeccable customer service that Kat has graciously and professionally provided me. But I really want to highlight how amazing Morris and Frank have been. They go above and beyond to help or fix any problems I have immediately. They are hard working, kind, and willing to help however they can. They are prompt with addressing any problems. You don’t have to wait days or weeks to get things fixed or deal with a sloppy quick fix. Beyond that they always go out their way to interact or greet my kids, putting a smile on their faces.
