I had a USPS package to ship so I looked at local places that accepted them and Mailbox Express was listed. I stopped by at 9:50 AM, but they were locked/closed and there were no employees inside that I could see. The door stated that they would be open at 9:30 AM and it was a Tuesday, so they should have been open. I waited until 10:00am, and even saw a disappointed Amazon driver and two other customers try to access the store, but nobody appeared or opened the doors.

Chris is nice and kind. I’ve never shipped any packages before and he helped me with everything. Great place with great service! Absolutely going to be back with more packages

Irregular hours cause my packages to be undeliverable. Proprietor often opens hours later than posted operational times.

If you want to ship stuff and not wait in lines, this is where I go. I have been using this location for years. While it's not the cleanest place, it's sure the fastest and reliable. I will go here over a USPS or UPS location.

I had really bad experience with this mailbox. I do not recommend this place. The owner was so rude and I lost my important mail.

I love this place. I have an affordable mailbox and don't have to worry about my mail getting stolen, I can pick up my mail 24hrs a day, I've used multiple services such as printing, notary, and copying, and of course shipping. Has made my life easier. Owner is very helpful. Highly Recommended! (Happy dance ?)
