Mail Box Express is a friendly and reliable shipping service. Customers appreciate the kind assistance provided by the staff, making it easy for those new to shipping. Many return regularly due to the fast service and minimal waiting times, choosing it over other shipping options like USPS or UPS. While the cleanliness may not be perfect, the welcoming atmosphere keeps customers coming back for all their shipping needs.
Outstanding care with wrapping/packaging 16 collectible nutcrackers! Earlier this year, they safely packaged and shipped my hammered dulcimer to St Louis Mo. Arrived perfectly! Thank you!

Came in to get documents notarized today and had such a wonderful experience getting this done. Alex and her team were so helpful. Her team was our two witnesses and price was so reasonable. Thank you so much Alex for taking care of this for me and my family. Your kindness was much appreciated.
