16045 1st Ave S, Seattle“I am in my 40s, have a bunch of tattoos on my arms, and am in good health, but for some reason, I am a total baby about getting my blood drawn! Over the years, I have gotten MUCH better about it, but this morning, having to do a fasted blood draw, my emotions got the best of me. Even though I was so grateful to be at Labcorp (where I know the phlebotomists are the best I've ever had), I got a little teary... Ok... I cried (lol) in the chair before my blood draw. Smita (sp?) was so sweet to me! She made me feel very secure, and even made me laugh. It was painless and over before I knew it! I know everyone at Labcorp is very busy and does their very best to get patients through as quickly as possible. She was so patient and kind. I will definitely ask for her next time I go. Thank you so much!”

“Blake and the Fidalab team have been such an amazing support system, especially during the pandemic. They respond quickly to calls and emails. They assist with delivering lab supplies & with picking up samples to deliver to their lab. My team and I have high praise and remain grateful for the ongoing support!”

9AM - 5PM
1904 3rd Ave, Seattle“I think lifeline screening is helping people to find our health issue in early stage. Lots of tests they provided are not covered by most insurance. They are relatively low cost. This helps both people who have insurance covered by employers and people who retired. I have been taken lifeline screen tests in past 10 plus years (do it in some year). First time I did I found out couple of important issues. I got alert and changed my diet and my supplement immediately and continue to monitoring these tests in the following years and found my diet helped. I told my relatives also take the screen tests. I would recommended them to everyone especially to people who retired. I just found that they received rating here not so good. They deserve better than that!”

1101 Madison St Ste 306, Seattle“Came here to get my blood drawn. I had two experiences where the hours on google didn't match what was on the door. Went on a Friday and they closed at 4:30 PM but their online hours said 5 PM. They also take an hour lunch break so be prepared. Coming in on a week day mid day, I was in an out within 15 minutes, the nurse and counter person were pleasant.”

“Went for my life insurance exam. Covid has them VERY low on staff, so the examining doctor was the only employee I saw when I was there.I had to wait a bit because the person before me took a while, but I could hear the rooms being cleaned before I was called backOverall, a good experience (as much as this kind of exam can be! Blood samples are never Fun ?)”
“They are head and shoulders better than Swedish Hospital now. For nearly 20 years now Swedish is going down and Polyclinic is improving. We've had nothing but the best of care from their doctors and nursing staff.”

“I was stunned at the level of care and thought that this clinic displayed. Some of their services are free, the others come at a very reasonable price, and the staff are very friendly. In addition, if you are pregnant or know someone who is pregnant this is a good place to go for free or inexpensive care at the beginning of pregnancy. They are also able to connect people to a myriad of resources.”
