“The agency and staff are wonderful. They always are able to get me seen quickly, especially when I really really urgently need to provide a sample. It's clean and modern space. The reason I gave it a four star is the location is difficult to access due to the fact of the bus route is far to get there. It's been okay because I can walk there but they stop UAs at four o'clock. They can provide UAs beyond that time which was not disclosed on their website that I could find. And if you do want to provide a sample past that time , it's an extra $200 . That's just not within my budget. Overall, I've been pretty satisfied beyond those two factors.”

“I was stunned at the level of care and thought that this clinic displayed. Some of their services are free, the others come at a very reasonable price, and the staff are very friendly. In addition, if you are pregnant or know someone who is pregnant this is a good place to go for free or inexpensive care at the beginning of pregnancy. They are also able to connect people to a myriad of resources.”

“Was able to get an appointment the day before. Fast check-in with a kiosk when you arrive. The whole place felt modern and comfortable. Very short wait time in the lobby. Friendly, skilled technician. I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes.”

“I recently visited this Quest Diagnostics location next to the pharmacy section in Safeway, and I had an excellent experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:10 AM, and I was attended to right after completing the check-in process, which was very efficient.

Maya, provided exceptional care. She explained every step of the blood draw process, which made me feel completely secure. She was very attentive in her communication and took extra care to ensure that I was comfortable in case I experienced any fainting symptoms. She was very kind.

I highly recommend checking the posted opening hours and timing on the notice outside the Quest entrance at this location before visiting.”

“This clinic is warm and welcoming, and never gives the feeling they’re judging you or why you have chosen to come. Intake can be a while your first time, so allot 30 minutes extra.
They need your ID at registration, but otherwise you’re anonymous. They have free contraception available, and lollipops. Truly free and top tier resource. (P.S, even though it is free, I like to shop at Out of the Closet which is a thrift store right underneath. From what i understand, some proceeds benefit AHF directly)”

“Tom and Sara are amazing, they literally did everything they could and kept constant communication with me through our each blood sample, only unfortunate part is my blood just doesn’t carry enough fetal DNA to pull from. (It’s very rare) But other than my own body not cooperating with what they needed. Their customer service is on top?”

“STELLAR service, communication and turn-around times! I have been a client of NVL Labs since 2010 and have always been impressed with the testing & handling of my samples. I have had issues with other labs in the past but the staff at NVL has always been efficient in delivering my results, and helpful in answering all of my questions (the front desk staff is very knowledgable and polite). I highly recommend them for asbestos and lead testing if you want fast service and quality results!”

“Very sad that they have limited their availability. No clinic compares... I am not happy with the remaining options in this city and I'm very grateful for all of the years of care that i received with this clinic. :(”

“Had an ok experience as I am used to getting the runaround at LabCorp locations. What I did to set myself up for success was to first schedule an appointment as recommended by a lot of reviews. Then I called to make sure they were accessible to LabCorp direct patients as an old photo posted says swedish patients only. They confirmed as of 1/30/2026 they do. To find the location via public transit. I took the 3/4 bus stop at 17th ave and E Jefferson St. You will cross and walk to the main drop off entrance. There is a walkway, stairs and and elevator if needed. Once inside the building you will see a sign for Jefferson tower elevator. Press floor 2 you will see the door when you exit the elevator. Enter and there are two self check kiosks. I have read off reviews they can be hard to use so I just the self check in via mobile website. It worked fine. I was seen in about 5 minutes. I let the person know I was a hard poke and they provided a warm compress to help blood flow. They got it on first poke which is rare! Come in hydrated and prepared you will have a better experience. As someone who is neurodivergent I appreciate clear directions and expectations. Hope this helps others with a successful visit.”

“The staff are super kind.

The LabCorp on the 3rd floor does not accept lab orders from healthcare providers outside of the Swedish hospital system.

The LabCorp on the 6th floor does accept lab orders from external providers, but please be aware that it typically has a very long wait time.”

“I have had 4 covid tests spanning 2021 to 2023 at the Renton drive up facility. It has never taken more than 24 hours to receive the results. This is a fantastic service to the community.”

“I’m giving 4 stars to Jonah today he was the only one on staff in a room full of folks (WHY?!) yet very calm, supportive and patient during my blood draw. Making an appt is the way to go (a month out for me) at this location if you don’t want to wait hours esp this time of year.”

“I've have nothing but good experiences here. I love Dr burns. there has been some changes with staffing but it seems to be working out now. sometimes change is hard to get through. doesn't change the fact that the providers are still great and care about helping you.”
