“Recently needed assistance with knee scooter. Shawna went above and Beyond when the knee scooter was not a good option for our situation.
We returned the knee scooter and rented a transporter instead and purchased a commode. She was gracious with the swapping of items and very helpful explaining the use and the options on the transporter. And she did it all with a smile ?
