“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”

“Ordered 2 suits and 2 shirts. They allowed customization of every detail of the suits and shirts. Took about 4 weeks for them to be ready. Went in for a fitting and everything fit perfectly. The materials offered are premium, the service outstanding. I even inquired about home visits, which they will do, even to Gig Harbor. Wonderful place, will be ordering more suits from there.”

“Went in this last Sunday to get a new skateboard. It’s been 15 years since I’ve last skated so kind of out of the loop. The two guys working gave me tons of great info about what to keep in mind, where it makes sense to invest in better components etc. they even hooked my 4 year old up with some stickers which she was stoked about. Keep supporting your local skate shop and go here! I totally forgot to ask the two dudes names but major shout out to those guys.”

“Anthony was fantastic. From start to finish he was able to not only explain all the customizations of the suit, fit and materials but able to show examples. I knew generally what I was looking for but he took it to the next level with his insights and opinions. Even when working all the custom fittings, at the only part he wasn't 100% certain on, he asked the assistant for a second opinion. I felt comfortable during the entire process and trusted every step and decision made when putting together my suit selection. I normally buy off-the-rack from Nordstroms and this was my first time with Indochino and I was beyond satisfied with my experience. I will continue to keep in contact with Anthony and return to Indochino for all my wardrobe needs.”

“We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”

“I come in here at least once a week with my partner. We love it. This store is a great place for fun blind boxes, fidget toys, candles, socks, clothes, magnets, hats, coloring books, vinyls, and so much more. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re exploring the city or looking to get a gift for someone. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. There was something missing from one of the blind boxes I bought and they helped me exchange it for a new one. Overall a great store and experience in here. ALSO, make sure you purchase things with your phone number so you can get points!”
