They took us right to what I was looking for. The best part is at some point my phone fell out of my pocket and I left the store. I came back 45 minutes later and they were nice enough to put my phone in there safe. Saved me from having to replace it. So for that I thank them and they have proven absolute honesty to me. I will shop there again and again.”

The materials offered are premium, the service outstanding. I even inquired about home visits, which they will do, even to Gig Harbor. Wonderful place, will be ordering more suits from there.”

She was very welcoming and calming to know that someone knew exactly what to look for. She gave me a couple of blazers to try on and took measurements for my trousers. She also suggested inside shirt which she hit spot on with the measurements. I would recommend the store as it was easy quick to get a suit. Ask for Mary the next time you stop on in.”

He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. “We first visited the downtown Seattle Buck Mason store, which carries the men's collection. The store itself was clean, beautifully designed, and a pleasure to shop in. The associate working that day was incredibly friendly, engaged us in genuine conversation, and was exceptionally helpful. He also told us about the University District location, which carries both the men's and women's collections, so we decided to visit the next day. I'm so glad we did. The University District store delivered, without question, the best retail shopping experience I've ever had in the United States. From the moment we walked in, every employee greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. They even offered us sparkling water while we shopped, which was a small touch that made the experience feel even more personal. The staff's knowledge and attention to detail were unlike anything I've experienced. It truly felt like shopping with a team of personal stylists. They never once pressured us to buy anything or made us feel obligated to make a purchase. Instead, they focused entirely on helping us find pieces that genuinely fit and suited us. When I came out of the fitting room, all three associates thoughtfully explained why each piece worked. They pointed out how the belt complemented the outfit and why the proportions of a shirt were perfect for my height. Their feedback was specific, educational, and sincere. It was clear they cared about helping customers look and feel their best, not just making a sale. The clothing itself is exceptional. Every piece feels thoughtfully designed and built to last, with timeless styling and outstanding craftsmanship. These are investment pieces you'll still be reaching for 20 years from now. I can't say enough good things about Buck Mason and this incredible team. They have completely raised the bar for what customer service should look like. 10/10. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and made the entire shopping experience smooth from the moment I walked in. Another colleague also joined in to assist, and together they helped me find exactly what I needed in what felt like no time. When I got to the checkout, I joked with the other lady, (I was quicker than Flash!) because it had taken me less than 15 minutes to pick out so many clothes. We even had a brief, friendly chat before I was on my way. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and teamwork they showed. My only regret is that I didn’t get their names so I could recognize them personally—especially the first lady who immediately took the initiative to help me.
