The state of WA was attacked with multiple forms of biochemical warfare. Critical infrastructure was attacked with AI and NeuroStrike weapons were used on civilians in the area.
I was tortured in my apartment with Artificial Intelligence and NeuroStrike weapons and I almost died.
I had to move my things into this storage unit in order to take myself and my child out of the state of WA because we ended up homeless as a result of terrorism.
It took me two months to recover from some of the brain damage I sustained as a result of NeuroStrike weapons. After two months, my balance was at 300$. The administration shut down the government. I might not get state assistance and I am struggling to work because of torture and almost dying.
This facility will not work with me to help me keep my things Everything I own is currently stored here. A lifetime of family belongings might be lost because of the greed of this company who does not care at all about people.
I found out the government used FEMA to build alligator alcatraz while myself and my child lost everything due to terrorism and a government shutdown now prevents us from being able to pay the unit to keep the things I do have.

Richard and John are lovely and super helpful! The unites are clean, and the customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility!

I had a great experience at Storage One @ Benson. We were in a pinch and needed somewhere to store furniture for a few months, and this was the perfect spot. We were looking for a temperature controlled place, and this seemed to be the only one in the area that I could find. I booked the unit very easily online and then went in to fill out the paperwork. Richard at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We ended up needing another unit since the first one was not big enough, and he happily helped us set up another unit the same day. The units and facility are always clean. The security measures are top tier as well. I have no fear that any of our stuff would be stolen. I ended up losing my keys to the storage unit but John was very helpful and patient by helping us drill into the locks. If I were to need a storage unit again, I would without a doubt come back here. Thank you Richard and John!

We had an excellent experience at Urban Self Storage, thanks to Crystal. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process of transferring our storage unit. From answering all our questions and concerns to handling the logistics of switching units and navigating billing and invoicing—she was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
Crystal went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. She even assisted with coordinating and booking a U-Haul for us, which made a huge difference. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out.
It’s rare to find such attentive and top-notch service these days. If you’re considering Urban Self Storage, I highly recommend —you’ll be in great hands!

I came in to pay my storage bill and Richard was on the phone dealing with a unruly customers lol I Just wanted to say i was impressed by his patience while being yelled at and explaining the situation, after all that was taken care of he was unfazed, and very kind asking me if there was anything I needed then walked me through everything I needed to know lol
