“Even though the circumstances of our tow were unpleasant, these people were so nice and easy to work with. I know impound lots have a bad name but it's not their fault they got called to haul off your stuff so why take it out on them? They really did make it so much less painful to pay the fee just because they were pleasant to work with and willing to negotiate where most other lots would have been difficult and rigid.
