They charge you a $7 fee for cashing a payroll check from there own bank if you don't have an account there... I'd personally call it theft

I've always had a great experience at this us bank in renton highlands. They always are helpful and kind. When the atm took my card as I forgot to grab it, the next morning I went in and they gave me a temp until my new one came by mail.

Had another disturbing encounter with STEVE YU! I have an account with this bank and have overdraft protection.I tried to cash a check today from a customer and he declined to cash my check. I said other banks cash checks even though a customers account is overdrawn. He said "us bank doesn't " as he was walking away, so dismissive.I used to have around $1,500 overdraft limit now its $500-$600. I wonder if he did that. Don't know why he's allowed to stay working there after being so unprofessional to customer's! They need a new branch manager at this location!

I wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely terrible service. Was turned away on Friday when attempting to send an international wire transfer at 2:00. Was told the cut off time is 1:30 and I should return Monday before 1:30. I went back at 12:05 Monday and still couldn't send a wire transfer because there is 1 person in the entire branch that does them and this person is out. Might be back in 10 minutes or might be an hour. I was told to try again later. I have never had such a hard time getting my own money out of my bank. Cross train your employees so they can take care of your customers - especially when it comes to their financial needs. Understand your customers have jobs too so when they take time off to visit your establishment, take care of what they need.

Was a long term customer until they lost my business due to the #800 reps. Tellers have excellent service but the #800 number reps ruined it all. After covid shutting down society I decided to shut down my account. Due to the fact communication was near to impossible for 1.5 years with this company. Used this location for many years and they happily serviced my needs.

I came to this branch after my house was broken into and all of my personal information was stolen. Mandy King made time for me on an already busy day, helped me navigate through protecting my finances from identity theft, and did it with empathy and even made me laugh. It helped me remember the world has really good people in it as well. Thanks Mandy!

Put in 750 dollars & the ATM malfunctioned so now I'm gonna be late on a car payment even better the branch manager Steve yu did nothing to help me even though this problem was on their end as a matter of fact all he did was insult me after this I'm so done with this bank he made me feel like I had to answer to him who does that

My favorite bank since the early 80's. 1st time at this branch so took me a minute to figure out how to get to drive up ATM but other than that, always good.

This is the worst branch ever. I've had issues everytime I try to do my banking here. ATM machine does not work properly as it took my card when I punched in the correct PIN for the 3rd time. Go to the one on Sunset Blvd instead save yourself some headache.
