While an ATM was not working on one occasion, the location is noted as a safe place. Customers report great service for both business and personal accounts over many years.

The manager and tellers at this US Bank on 4th are friendly and helpful. It feels like a bank I had when I opened my first account 50 years ago, but with tech! I appreciate the personal service and efficiency with which they assist without looking like a massive multi-national investment corporation.

Their drive through ATM wasn't working when I just went there but I just used the drive up ATM. IVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH CRIMINALS TRYING TO ROB OR STEAL FROM ME AT THIS PLACE! And how sad that I even feel the need to mention that! What has Washington State really become!
