I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Thomas when I went to apply for my passport for the first time. This was an important and unfamiliar process for me, and I came in expecting guidance, patience, and professionalism but unfortunately, I was met with the opposite.Thomas was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply asking questions. Instead of explaining things clearly or offering any form of support, he responded with an attitude that was cold, impatient, and frankly disrespectful. His behavior made an already stressful process even more uncomfortable and confusing. It’s deeply concerning that someone in a public-facing role, especially when dealing with sensitive and important documents like passports, would treat applicants this way — especially first-timers who may be nervous or unsure. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect, regardless of their experience level.
I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as no one should be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon while trying to complete an important life task. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire office and undermines trust in the process.

According to their website, the walk-in time for passport applicatons is 8-9am. When you get there, you will be made aware that *actually* only the first 4 applicants within that period will be served and the rest will be turned down. The lady at the counter made me aware of this with her full entitlement as if we are supposed to be aware of the hidden perks of their government jobs. A total waste of time.

Nobody answers the service doorbell definitely the worst service I've ever received nobody answered the phone and nobody answers their 1-800 number new mailman at My small apartment complex can't even get the mail in the right boxes

Disappointing customer service. The supervisor avoids interacting with customers. They gave me the run around. Go to the downtown post office, no go to highlands, no mail is coming to your address. I’m seeing a mis-ship. Ugh- so unprofessional and inaccurate.

The people working here are horrible, especially the Asian woman, because my wife's English is not good enough they didn't want to serve her and showed her the door!

We had a fantastic experience with the passport service at USPS Renton Highlands! The 2 officers were incredibly helpful, kind, and cooperative throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and professional, and we truly appreciated their friendly attitude. We actually enjoyed our visit—which is not something you usually say about paperwork! We highly recommend getting your passport done at this location.
It was for New passports for the whole family.

They told me they delivered my package in my parcel locker from the 9th of June and it’s no where to be found went to the office twice and was told the driver forgot to leave the key in the mailbox went back there today the 13th of June and the supervisor on duty claim that she’s busy and will give me a call up until no I can’t receive a phone call about my package. The email say I was supposed to sign for my package so why wasn’t it Delivered to my door in the first place for me to sign for it smh

Customer service here is insanely bad. You get told one thing over the phone by someone who is super kind, then you go in and now you have another answer that just made you waste your time and energy with a negative Nancy. Quite frustrating.

My mail carrier is astoundingly negligent. Won't ever pick up outgoing mail when I leave the mailbox flag up, causing my vote to not get counted this election. Delivers my mail to the wrong address on the next block at least once a month. Totally unprofessional.

My appointment was on March 4th. I arrived two hours early to be on time and it turns out that the gentleman tells me that he can't attend to me because I don't speak English. I don't even have to ask him anything. How rude. That's the service they offer.
