He took the time to let me disassemble everything to see if he could help resolve the issues I was having with the unit. “Awesome shop! they have an excellent selection of great cigars. exactly the environment I'd expect and super friendly helpful service. ended up here because the shop closest to my house unfortunately has a ridiculous closing time of 6:45pm but glad it does because otherwise I may not have found this hidden gem. will definitely be back.”
