The person who answered the phone was so incredibly unpleasant that I was glad when she said my medication was not in stock. I didn’t want to have to go in and deal with her. With so many people needing jobs it’s hard to understand why such rude and unpleasant people have a job. Nepotism?

They have some sort of problem or delay almost every single time we try to refill our prescriptions and you have to sit on hold for half an hour just to talk to someone and try to get it sorted out. We'll be transferring to another pharmacy and avoiding Walgreens after all this.

Long delays, not enough people working in the pharmacy, and the ones that are working just dont care. I'm transferring my prescription to anywhere but here.
