“I have had a few issues and they were quick to get back to me. You also need to make sure that if you are buying more that 28 days, ask them to put them in smaller vials. They are super receptive. I spoke with a pharmacist and this was his advice. I wish this was looked at better for the patient. The 1st package I received it was wrapped in 2 ice packs all the others have been that close to meds. I asked when they pack my meds please put a rubberband to hold the medicine on the ice. I have given alot of recommendations for this lab. They have the best prices.”

I was looking for Roma, a specialty barley drink, and Ms Dantes went an extra mile to locate this product that was not registered in their system. Fred Meyer is blessed to have employees like her.”

“The pharmacy staff were amazing and the woman who did the immunizations was brilliant, didn't feel a thing.
Noted also that the staff behind the counter from pharmacists to pharmacy techs have the collective patience of all the saints considering I saw one woman pointlessly and extremely disrespectfully yelling at some poor pharmacy tech. The tech managed to be calm and collected whilst I was ready to do something that might result in legal action, because the customer had all the manners gifted to an inebriated vole. Wish that woman had been the only one but when I left after getting my wonderfully done shot someone else was pointless yelling at a tech. I'd blame the holidays for fraying nerves but I think the customers were just being rude because they knew the staff have to put up with them and can't tell them off for being shrews.”
“Fred has a nice little store. A grocery/department store isn't unique but it is rare and I feel Fred pulls it off. But what's been bugging me since moving to Seattle from Texas is the Kroger monopoly. It looks to me that with the exception of Walmart, Kroger owns all the grocery stores. Where is the competition that promotes fair pricing among the other stores. And there is no Walmart in Seattle for 20 miles North or South. Just saying.”

“I had a pretty rough experience with another Walmart Pharmacy staff member, but Michael completely turned it around. He swooped in with his professionalism, empathy,and five-star customer service. He not only helped fix the issue but made the whole experience so much better. He’s just as great in person, and honestly he’s the main reason I’d keep coming back to that pharmacy. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!! AND FAST!!!!!

“Everytime I visit this location I’m always looking for Toni or Charlene. I have known Charlene for years at a different location. And to walk in see her at my location brought me joy because I knew I was going to have great customer service. Toni is a rockstar! She will put down whatever she is doing to help. Even when short staffed, she will go out her way to make sure that customers (myself) are not standing around waiting. She’s very prompt and very helpful. Ten stars for them both!”

“For all the people mad about the phone. Get with the times! CVS and many other pharmacies offer comprehensive prescription management on their website. You can transfer scripts between pharmacies, and do a million other things. The technophobia needs to stop. Just use a computer or smart phone already, they've been around for like 40 years now. Gone are the days that you can just toss your ID on the counter and be waited on hand and foot while the employees do everything for you, sheesh!”

“I adore this Bartells as they have the BEST staff! They are super helpful! Today I had to do an insurance change on my daughter's med - and the pharmacist Liana stopped what she was doing to process the new medication and get it covered. The front desk gal is so sweet and kind too. I love their texting service as they text when med is ready - so no wait. But on top of it all - friendly staff! ONLY pharmacy I will ever go to - even if I move. Thank you!!!”

This week I had my prescription transferred here because my usual pharmacy would not bill my insurance, even though they are listed as a preferred pharmacy in my plan. Everything went perfectly. I am sad that they are no longer locally owned but judging by the service this week it feels like it was a good thing. A big thank you to the pharmacist, Luan, who spent quite a bit of time making sure my order was correct.”

This happened at 4:30 pm on a Friday leading into a 3 day weekend so the place was packed. They made sure we had a much-needed antibiotic. God Bless them!”
