The elderly white lady with blonde hair and no name tag was very rude and tried to make me not go with the good rx price because she didn't want to redo the paperwork to give me in her words "only 30 dollars off "of a 265 dollar medicine. When your on Medicare 30 dollars is alot of savings for us. She was very rude and kept complaining about there were other people in line.she finally lowered the cost and I paid the other 230. As I was walking away she said to the other lady behind me sorry she held up the line for 30 dollars. I'm not sure why she deals with customers if she hates her job and helping people have a satisfied experience with their pharmacy. I will never go back there again

I would give ZERO stars if possible! Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used! Very rude snarky staff, they put you on hold forever & then disconnect the call, and refuse to bill insurance!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, find another pharmacy!! Even Wal-Mart has better reviews then this joke of a place!

I have been to 2 Safeway pharmacys the one that is most efficient is the one on tourbit the people on George Washington way were not all that friendly.

The pharmacist is terrible! I have two prescriptions that I can’t get them to fill. I’ve gone back repeatedly over two days and they keep telling me to come back. They have the medication and have no explanation on why other than they are working on it. I’m taking my business to another pharmacy!

What a horrible pharmacy. Filled a med then held it, then when I called....said it was ready for pick up. I arrive and they say it's filled but cancelled and that there's nothing they can do.Don't go here for your meds. Bad customer service and long waits. There average 2.5 star rating speaks for itself.

Went to get a script Thur that’ was ready on Tuesday. When got there lady said it was put back. I said well can you refill it? She said sorry we’re short staffed and will be 3 days. I said your short staff but have time to put people’s scripts back? Don’t make any sense. Lady was rude and unprofessional she didn’t know what to say!

Wow, Bryan the manager is beyond sarcastic and rude. When asked to fix a mistake with a coupon we have on file, he made it sound like it would be too much of an effort to fix the mistake even though it cost us more than $60! Moving my prescriptions to Yokes where my wife gets great service.
