I have been to 2 Safeway pharmacys the one that is most efficient is the one on tourbit the people on George Washington way were not all that friendly.

The pharmacist is terrible! I have two prescriptions that I can’t get them to fill. I’ve gone back repeatedly over two days and they keep telling me to come back. They have the medication and have no explanation on why other than they are working on it. I’m taking my business to another pharmacy!

What a horrible pharmacy. Filled a med then held it, then when I called....said it was ready for pick up. I arrive and they say it's filled but cancelled and that there's nothing they can do.Don't go here for your meds. Bad customer service and long waits. There average 2.5 star rating speaks for itself.

absolutely Horrible place to get any scripts filled pharmacist doesn't have a clue on what to do or how to even fill your correct amounts..very unfortunate and unprofessional

Went to get a script Thur that’ was ready on Tuesday. When got there lady said it was put back. I said well can you refill it? She said sorry we’re short staffed and will be 3 days. I said your short staff but have time to put people’s scripts back? Don’t make any sense. Lady was rude and unprofessional she didn’t know what to say!

I asked the Safeway bakery on Gage Boulevard to replicate this cake from a movie. And they did it spot on! Thank you for making my friend's birthday the best!

Wow, Bryan the manager is beyond sarcastic and rude. When asked to fix a mistake with a coupon we have on file, he made it sound like it would be too much of an effort to fix the mistake even though it cost us more than $60! Moving my prescriptions to Yokes where my wife gets great service.

Son picked up his med & pharmacy forgot to apply coupon that is on file overcharging $60. I returned the next week. Wouldn't fix and was extremely rude & sarcastic. Hesitated to give name, Brian, and wouldn't provide last name. Grrr. I go to Yokes 1/2 mile away on Keene and they are amazing. Yokes is professional, friendly and helpful. I left Safeway a long time ago because I wasn't satisfied with their service. It is a little bit of a hassle to switch, but will now help the rest of my family switch.

Please check your items for expiration dates! I purchased some Sriracha last week which is four months past expiration. A few months ago I purchased a spicy snack mix that was a year past expiration, and didn't notice until after I ate some and realized that it tasted rancid. I find expired things on the shelves on a regular basis and I'm questioning why I continue to return.Customer service is also pretty bad here, although there's been a couple of exceptions in the deli. There is almost never anyone at the customer service desk.

This evening the treatment that I experienced was horrendous. I have never dealt with such arrogance and rudeness from a pharmacist, frankly… ever. I shop there all the time, and this pharmacy is very close to my house which makes it very convenient. However, I will never fill a prescription, or recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Unfortunately, the bad reviews are spot on.

The team at this pharmacy are outstanding. They are cherished neighbors who are always there to help. They are overworked and understaffed but still mange to deliver an outstanding product. We are blessed to have them.

I am extremely impressed with how hard the pharmacy staff has continued to work during the last 2+ years of the pandemic. They are understaffed even though the demand for vaccinations has increased. Not only that, they have had to do a lot of education to the public. The staff at the pharmacy front counter and drive-through seem positive as well as treat every one of equal worth. When I have been at the pharmacy, it seems as if the personnel is always scampering to get so much done. Prior to the pandemic, I had a medication that was extremely hard to get. In my frustration, I asked the pharmacist what I should do about that. The response was to run by my prescribing doctor a similar alternative and the doctor readily agreed as he did not know of the two similar drugs doing the same thing--yet, the second one being readily obtained. I have had so much admiration for this pharmacy and it's personnel as they always seem to be trying and have certainly made my life easier.
