“Spent 6 months here. This was our first experience with apartment living.overall not a terrible experience. We loved the location in south Richland. We were in H Building so it was fairly quiet most of the time. And we loved that the park and school are close. Most of the amenities were undergoing construction while we were there so we had very limited use of them. They tell you in the contract that the amenities are a gratuity so they dont have to reimburese you when they arent available, but charge you a portion of the electricity etc that those amenities consume. Not sure how that is a gratuity when I'm paying for them?? Your also charged a portion of the entire complex electric/water bill and the lights outside stay on 24/7. Kind of annoying. The landscape and maintenance crew do a good job.
As many have mentioned, Don't plan on getting your deposit back regardless of how clean you leave it. The deposit for ours was only $400 and after all the cleaning we did they used the work "filthy" and charged me anyway. Also charged me for broken blinds and dirty window/slider tracks. It was February when I moved in and they definitely weren't cleaned then. We NEVER even opened the windows. I found mold in the kitchen behind a baseboard that fell off and the masterbath constantly smelled musty (we always run the fans) but after two requests either they gave up or just didnt care what was causing the smell. We ran our air purifyers all day everyday. The washer was crazy loud and they finally replaced. The new one wasnt much better. I don't care enough to fight about $300 because we won't be back. It was a temporary need. Buyer beware. Probably better than many and not as good as some. I imagine they use the same usual "tactics" as most large property managers. As homeowners for many years apartment living just isn't for us.”
“I have a family member here. The apartment is very large and nice. Neighbors were friendly. Grounds are clean. I highly recommend this place. Great apartment for low income families and seniors.”
“Personable, prompt, and accommodating. Great location accessible to many shopping hubs and surrounding landmarks . I couldn't have landed at a better place to live in the Tri-Cities. The staff goes above and beyond for the tenants. As of July 2024, the current management is stellar. They know people, they know business, they know property management. From the community director, the assistant community director, the leasing agent, and the maintenance men, they have complied a top-notch team. There's no where else I would recommend to friends or family to live in the Tri-cites.”
“I have lived at the Lofts two separate times and I love it, that is why when I moved back to Richland, I came back and signed another lease. The apartment itself is still quite new. The bedrooms have carpet and there is wood or faux wooden floors. Appliances are okay. There is plenty of parking inside of the complex and outside the perimeter of the complex. There are two 24 hour gyms. There is a pool next to the office. Mailboxes are outside in the parking area and there is a separate secured room to get your Amazon/UPS/FedEx packages. The neighborhood is quiet, but still near the main road (G Way). The office staff is great. They are friendly and always ready to help. When I place maintenance requests, they are completed quickly. The only downside is that kitchen counter space is quite small, but overall it is a great place to live.”
“If you want to live somewhere where management does not only their job, but goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of, I strongly suggest renting from Riverpointe.
They listen, care and truly act upon your requests, and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
After all thats what property management is there for right, to be there.
I appreciate the staff as well as the maintenance crew,
Again if you want Caring, reliable, and a management staff that gets things taken care of, this is the place to live.
They recently got new management and they have made some very nice changes to the property that I have felt have needed to be made for quite some time. They have finally put visible letters on each building ; a new map, new signage, it is looking really nice. I appreciate the letters more than they know!”
“I lived here about 3 years. In the last 3 years I had a lot of ups and downs, but in the last 2 months things have gotten a lot better. The new office and maintenance staff has improved. They are doing everything they can to correct and improve things”
“For one thing you can hardly beat the rent price for the area it’s in. It is old and not fancy if that’s your need? Comfortable and quiet and better than I expected. Staff are good and quick to get back to you if not immediately available. I am Divorced and came from a beautiful new home that I lost and I am still satisfied with the apartment and price.”
“I’ve lived here for 4 years now and love it my neighbors don’t bother Me I don’t hear anything through the walls the management is amazing only thing I wish was that before I moved into my apartment they had updated it like some of the others”
