“Absolutely loved our experience with Mosaic! Fantastic staff (big shout out to Alex!), great well maintained amenities, fun community events, and a really simple and stress free move in/move out process. We moved from across the country and we weren't able to physically be there before we moved in but the on site staff was super helpful and did a video call walk through of our new home and all the amenities like we were actually there. What could have been really scary ended up being such a great experience. Super worthwhile! Literally the best apartment complex and staff we've ever had”
“Badger Mountain Ranch is the best place to live in the Tri Cities. Me and my family have been living here for almost a year and we are planning to continue here. The office personnel and maintenance are amazing and always willing to help us. The facilities are great and just perfect for the family. Security and location. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, green areas, playground. Movie theater and monthly activities. Definetely they make you feel part of the community and with all the monthly activities, you are included to make something fun! Thank you.”

“I rented there from October 2024 to october this year 2025. I absolutely loved it there. Never had issue, nice neighbors , the maintenance people are amazing and the property managers were always so sweet but always helpful. I was able to get a home with my husband and stepdaughter but didnt leave for any other reason. Was so nice and the view of the river n mountains is absolutely beautiful. Plus close to businesses and restaurants. If youre lookin for a peaceful, nice ,child friendly ,pet friendly and affordable place id highly recommend this complex ? ?”
“I spent a year at the Timbers and it’s been a great experience. The 1 bedroom unit was affordable and comfortable. Quiet neighbors and Kitchen even has a dishwasher! Laundry room is separate but easily accessible and convenient with the mobile app. Pool, gym and recreation available as well. Close to restaurants and grocery. This place has it all! Sad to leave but excited for the next chapter.”
“I lived here about 3 years.In the last 3 years I had a lot of ups and downs, but in the last 2 months things have gotten a lot better. The new office and maintenance staff has improved. They are doing everything they can to correct and improve things”
