The facility has lots of amenities to make staying here comfortable, including the beautiful grounds, the workout room, and the pool/spa area.”

“We lived here for about four years as a family and this apartment holds a lot of memories for us. I must say that the property is beautiful, the neighborhood is nice, the security is good, and the maintenance team is very responsive. :)
I would especially like to give a big shout-out to the maintenance team, especially Hector, for always taking care of issues quickly and professionally over the past four years. I also want to recognize Cynthia Caldera at the front desk, who has always been friendly, kind, and responsive. Both Hector and Cynthia truly deserve a raise and promotion for their dedication and excellent service to this apartment community.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, like some other tenants, I was charged a significant portion of my deposit after move-out: $400 total, including $100 for carpet cleaning and $300 for unit cleaning. This was disappointing because we spent time cleaning the apartment carefully before leaving. I hope management will reconsider this policy or at least make it very clear to tenants in advance that these cleaning fees may be charged regardless of how clean the apartment is left. Otherwise, tenants may feel that their effort to clean before moving out does not really matter.
Other than that, it has been a very nice place to live, and I still recommend this apartment community to others, as long as they are aware of the possible move-out cleaning charges at the end.

“There is a lot of value at the Timbers apartments. I was worried about moving out after reading many of these reviews. They didn't deduct anymore than I expected from our deposit. The lease agreement they have you sign has lists the different prices for damages or neglectful care. They are very fair with their deductions despite other reviews.
The people who work here are so nice and understanding!”
“I lived here about 3 years.In the last 3 years I had a lot of ups and downs, but in the last 2 months things have gotten a lot better. The new office and maintenance staff has improved. They are doing everything they can to correct and improve things”

“Lived here for two years and had an excellent experience. Property managers are great to work with, especially Alex and Melissa. And their maintenance person always took care of any issues immediately. I would make the same choice again if I had to look for a place in the Tri Cities. And it’s convenient to anywhere you need to get to.”
