“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“Just ordered a freezer over the phone for delivery as our freezer died this morning. Service rep (Heston) was extremely helpful and responsive. We were able to pay via computer so we are very happy customers. Hopefully the freezer will arrive on time as promised.”
