I had an amazing experience buying a new car at Audi Tri-Cities! It was a very stress free and laidback experience. The other reviews are accurate in regards to the sales team and overall buying process. Anthony, my salesperson was very personable, respectful, professional and knowledgable. He along with the whole team were genuine and made me feel comfortable in addition to valued as a customer. I've heard many stories about bad experiences at car dealerships with pushy dealerships and their tactics to upsell. I'm happy to say that I didn't feel any pressure and things felt pretty upfront and transparent. Javier in finanace was also great and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. The whole process took less than 2 hours which is very quick and easy all things considered.Kudos to the whole team at Audi Tri-Cities and thanks again for making it such a great experience. I wouldn't hesistate to buy another vehicle from them in the future and would check them out if you're in the market for one!

We worked with Anthony at the dealership. He was on our side all throughout the process from searching a vehicle to negotiating a price. He was honest, friendly and didn’t pull any salesman tricks. The financing part was quick and we were offered a good interest rate. I would come back to the dealership for any future purchase.

I’m very satisfied with my experience at Audi Tri-Cities. The staff is very patient, friendly, and efficient. I know we have asked a lot of questions since this is our first time buying a car from outside of Seattle, but Sadik and the finance manager made sure all our questions got answered and we were very happy to work with him.

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but my most recent purchase from Audi Tri-Cities was by far the best experience of them all. Not only was the salesperson very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all, but he was probably the most respectful and polite person I've ever met. Then I met the business manager, who was also extremely respectful and polite. Then they offered me the most amazing deal on a new Audi Q8 that I simply couldn't refuse. All in all, I am very happy with how well I was treated at the dealership, plus I am in love with my new car. Thanks to Audi Tri-Cities for a truly pleasant buying experience!

Anthony was responsive, personable, professional. I didn't feel pressured or strung along. I initially thought I'd get a different model than what I ultimately decided on, then decided on the way over (we agreed on numbers over email, made the process easy) that I might want a different car. Anthony had me test drive both and, like I mentioned, was very patient and welcoming, answering my questions.Unlike any car dealership experience I've had before. 5 stars! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Walked in looking for an SUV/Family Car. Anthony was very patient and worked with our budget. We did not feel pressured into buying a car. After showing us and letting us test drive multiple vehicles. He helped us pick the right family car for us. Audi staff was amazing and welcoming with my 2 young children. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. Service was completed quickly, and they did all the extra things we asked for. They had to order one part to repair my door lock, but were able to get it scheduled right away to come back in to complete the work. Will gladly return for future service and scheduled maintenance on my Audi.

Ken and the rest of the crew at Audi Tri-Cities did an excellent job servicing my 2013 Audi S4. I dropped the car off at 9 and it was ready by noon. Their communication was very good, they answered all my questions and I was confident that my vehicle received the care it needed at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I currently own a 2019 Audi TT-RS, of which I am quite enamored. I should mention that I purchased this vehicle from out of state, and thus Audi Tricities does not have direct investment in my vehicle or my sales experience.I have had two minor glitches in the past few months. The first involved the locking “beep” when exiting the vehicle. It randomly shut off, and even after making attempt via the dash menus to rectify it, I was not able to turn those verification beeps back on. I contacted the Audi Tricities dealership, and the service department referred me to [Ellynn Dorsey, Internet Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)] for further evaluation.Upon arriving at the Audi Tricities facility, I was professionally greeted by Ms. Dorsey, and she proceeded to examine my vehicle. I believe I had been on the right track, as she also scrolled through the dash menus, and if I recall, tried a couple of other “fixes” that I was not familiar with. She was able to bring back the audio notification for the locking system. TheR entire process may have taken 10 minutes of her day, but for me, it was a great boon to again enjoy and have access to these seemingly rudimentary “beeps”. For me, they allow verification that the car is in fact locked and alarmed, and it provides me security and peace of mine… each and every time I exit the vehicle.I had a second concern regarding the Android Auto (AA). I have not always been a big fan of the “Android Auto” (AA), finding it a bit convoluted and sometimes counterintuitive. I gave it a second chance and made attempt to activate it in my car. I was receiving error messages, etc. during my playing with the Android Auto, including one saying I “needed a SIM card.” Sooo, I called the Audi Service department, and they again referred me to Ms. Dorsey. I visited the dealership a second time, and she proceeded to assist me. I believe this time it took much less than five minutes, the end result being that one needs to access the AA via the USB cord in the older (pre-2022) Audi models. I would not have ever thought of that, but I am now enjoying the benefits of the AA interface in my vehicle~!These two individual contacts and their respective vehicle issues may be considered in some respects to be rudimentary service matters. For me, each and every time I enter my vehicle, I am pleasantly rewarded with the AA interface. When I exit the vehicle, I enjoy the short verification “beep.”Overall, I find myself to be quite impressed with the Audi Tricities dealership, and highly recommend them for your luxury vehicle needs. The type of follow up customer service and client satisfaction they provide is exemplary.

Service was great. Art took care of us. Only thing is that I asked to have the exhaust of my audi but they didn't do it. Maybe they were focused on the main issues why we had the car there in the first place. Other than that, Art took care of coordinating the payment with the dealership that we bought the car from. It took a while but it was taken care of. Nice lounge area with snacks and drinks. You can work there while waiting. Not conducive for a private meeting though.

1. Consistently long service wait time.2. Shocking charges for basic services (ex: $250 oil change).3. Constant up-selling for more service procedures and revenue.Bottom line: Courteous staff, pleasant surroundings, ridiculously expensive service.
