“I had a faulty oil pressure sensor and while I was able to identify and retrieve the correct part number for myself I could not for the life of me figure out the correct socket size/type! After four trips to this store trying to troubleshoot this on my own I finally gave up and asked for help.
Eric delivered fast, courteous, and precision customer service! He immediately identified the correct socket size I needed to complete my project and even offered that if it was wrong it was on him! He correctly recognized the problem, troubleshot it, and stepped up to take ownership.
I've worked in retail management for years including a rival auto parts chain before going back to college. If I was still in the business there would be no doubt that I would try to poach this employee to my team. He is an invaluable asset. If you visit this store ask for Eric.”
