The technician started by checking the original battery before replacing it. Even after finding a low voltage, he didn’t rush to replace it—instead, he carefully checked the alternator to make sure the issue wasn’t elsewhere. His approach was honest and clearly not driven by making a sale. Once he confirmed the battery needed replacing, he handled it professionally and completed final checks afterward. I also received the advertised refund for the old battery. Overall, the service was excellent, and I highly recommend this place based on my first—and lasting—experience.
