I went to ask a question and they couldn't help me. I had received to CVS gift card and I wanted to know if I could purchase anything from their location in Target. The a answer was no. an excellent condition and the people were nice but why in the world with anybody have a CVS card that you can't spend in a CVS pharmacy. That just seems arrogant on the part of CVS.

If I could give a lower score I would. My husband received someone else bottle of meds in his bag. He works over seas and didn’t notice the mistake until he was over there. I took a picture of the bottle, which I was not going to bring back because it was not mine. When I got back I went to CVS 3 times to get things figured out. The 3rd time I talked to the pharmacist/manager. He was very rude and disrespectful as the lady that was helping me. He told me we should have taken off the other person name on the label and used the medication or I should have brought it back on my person or in my luggage, which both is against the law. So now we are out $1000.00 and hoping my husband doesn’t run out because these meds are once that he has to take before he eats for digestion. I will never go back again.

Pharmacy person I spoke to was Rude from the start, talked like a 1970s Stoner and made it clear he just couldn't be bothered

Stacey the pharmacist lead technician was really rude when I came here today. I came in to change my father’s insurance and to pick up his medication and she treated me like I was dumb. “And that’s why I told you” “I can’t tell you that, you should know that” y’all really need to get her retrained for customer service.

A preferred pharmacy for our prescription plan. Closed for lunch so need to plan your visit. Occasionally can have 10 people in line at pharmacy but many other stores in the area if you have multiple stops to make. Many people use curbside pickup.

Do not call the number listed for this pharmacy. You will not be able to get a human to speak to you, the AI answering the phone refuses to connect callers to actual humans in the pharmacy. Just awful

The staff are always friendly. However, every time I've been to this location they ALWAYS seem like they need more staff. The pharmacy line is consistently wrapped around no matter what day or time I've gone and I've only ever saw one person at the counter at a time. It's unfortunate cause this location is the closest and most convenient to me, but at this point almost impossible to pick up in a timely manner to the point of possibly needing to transfer scripts to another pharmacy.

CVS does not support Veterans and will not accept Tricare insurance. After years of using CVS they now no longer accept Regence or TriCare. I suggest Veterans take their business elsewhere.

Consistently unpleasant experiences. Several of the staff are helpful, but there is one consistently rude pharmacist who seems to go out of his way to be unhelpful (and judging by other reviews, it isn't just me!). You'll have to wait in a long line in the middle of a Target aisle to speak to anybody, because the automated phone system makes it impossible to call them.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Very rude staff, pharmacist sounds extremely bored and makes very annoyed sounds when talking to you. They will make you waste a trip saying your medication is ready to pick up when it hasn't even been processed. Actually told my wife that getting expensive medications never works so try something cheaper. He has no idea what medicine she has already been on and it is not his place to tell her to ignore her doctor's recommendation. Very unprofessional. Changing pharmacies.

I’m upset I had to give them one star just to say how horrible the service and script time is! 3 day wait time on something I usually need that day

I had a dental emergency one morning that required medication. I also had to leave town by noon to make an appointment two hours away. I called the pharmacy and Brian reluctantly said he would try to fill it within half an hour to pick up on our way out of town. When I arrived to get the medication I noticed it was an anti inflammatory. Knowing I was already on one for another issue, I asked to speak to the pharmacist to clarify there was no issue taking both. The only man working-possibly Brian?-approached me and when I asked my question he replied "Aren't YOU the one who was in such a hurry to get out of town?"! I said yes and he replied "And yet... here you stand!" Angrily I replied that I didn't want to cause issues in my system with duplicating a med. "Take the new one for five days and then you can go back on the other." I stormed off and upon further reading the material he'd included-NO where did it say not to take them both at the same time. Not only did he treat me EXTREMELY rude for a question concerning my health and meds but then left me confused with his suggestion and nothing on the medical print out. All the women working the registers are easy to talk to and very kind. I have never written a negative review, but feel this man should be questioned on his behavior.

Would literally give negative stars if I could. If my insurance didn’t require me to go to CVS and there was another one in the tri I’d immediately quit going here. I just spoke with someone named Brian who was beyond rude. He didn’t warn me before placing me on hold with their blaring hold music he was incredibly unhelpful as well. He essentially asked me how to do his job for him. I attempted to get a prescription filled in Spokane as I’ve been here for two weeks. It wont be filled before I return to the tri. So I was asking if it could be moved back and he was clueless and again so rude.
Their new automated system is also AWFUL!!! It makes it incredibly difficult to speak with someone in the pharmacy and pushes their app (which I have and use religiously) however I have certain prescriptions that require me to speak with someone to get them refilled. Overall I’m extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy and Brian I hope you have the day you deserve!

Called about a prescription on Friday that should’ve been filled by Thursday. They said it’d be done between 3 and 4. I went to pick it up at 430 and they told me another 45-60 minutes. They were rude in the process. We don’t have much choice but to use CVS. If I had other choices I’d use them.
