“This is not your boujee club spa gym. If you come to this gym, it's because you want to LFT HVY SHT. Owner is super nice and respectful. Gym is clean with plenty of functional old school equipment. Surprisingly good air flow, which I always appreciate. If I'm ever back in Pasco, you can find me here.”

“I was never the kind of person to go to a gym, but as I got older and heavier, and my back started giving me horrible problems, I decided to join a gym and see if I could get into shape. Gold's Gym at Duportail impressed me with its huge array of equipment and cleanliness, so I signed up there. I also decided to get a trainer, as I had no idea of how to use the machines and what machines to use. Tallie has been an excellent trainer, always motivating me to do more. It's now been almost six months and, in addition to losing 40 pounds (so far!) I am probably stronger than I have ever been in my life! It has done wonders for my back pain, and I feel so much better about myself. As a retiree, I can tell other retirees it might be the best thing you can do for yourself!”
