Horn Rapids RV Resort is a well-kept park located in a good area close to amenities. The RV spaces are clean, level, and well maintained with services that all work, including good utilities and decent WiFi. The park features well-groomed grassy areas, a clean pool, and a common area with grills. The management team is described as awesome, friendly, and delightful, actively trying to enforce rules to provide a good atmosphere. The resort is generally quiet, situated away from highways.
However, some concerns are noted. The on-site store has limited hours, and the dog park is considered very small. A significant issue reported is a lack of security, with incidents of theft in the area and the park itself not being fully secure. Sprinklers are mentioned as potentially spraying vehicles. Despite these drawbacks, many guests find it a nice park and have stayed for extended periods, with some stating they would return.
They are about the only game in the town for overnight so they hammer you with high short term stays

This is one of my top favorite Rv parks. There was lots of space between the gravel sites. Each site had a picnic table and a fire ring. I loved the big shady trees. All of the r v sites had at least power and water so we did not have to listen to generators running all the time. Deer and turkey visited every day.
