“We love Yoke’s Deli!! Our ideal Sunday is walking to Yoke’s to split a grilled sandwich and a salad sampler. The salad sampler is my favorite! There are so many options, and you get to choose four per sampler. You get a great amount of salad for $6!”
“We love coming here. I especially love finding healthy food options at a lower cost. My son calls it the "failed health food store". As in, the foods that didn't sell at the overpriced stores. We find them at a bargain price here. It is a win-win for me. I get healthy food and I get it at a low price. Oh course there are a lot of unhealthy options too. It is really fun to see what you can find. The staff are very kind and friendly, too.”

“Amazing selection, the person behind the counter was very nice! The curry was amazing, I asked for mild and it wasn't spicy, which is great because I ate it with someone who cannot handle spice at all. The samosas were also great! 2 for $4 is a pretty great deal for them. I asked if they recommended any Indian sodas and was directed to Thums Up, which is very similar to coke but tastes a bit better in my opinion. I will definitely be coming back”
“Live nearby and love this little store!!! It is always clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. Love they have the shake machine where you pick your flavor and choose the thickness of the shake you want!! Have also seen many candies only they have and no one else does”

“Inside the store, this is a great Safeway. Deli, produce, meat, bakery, always have attractive selections, and the shelves are well stocked. But outside, it's a real hassle. People drive really oddly on the roads around the store, making it difficult to get into the parking lot. Often I'm stuck in the left lane, with people driving ~15 MPH in the right lane and no gap between them. Then in the parking lot, people walk around like it's Seattle, ignoring cars and walking slowly while drivers act like they're trying to run you over. The store is great but the other customers make me feel unwelcome and like I'd rather goto the Safeway in Kennewick instead. Thanks for keeping a nice store and letting me vent.”
“I typically like Winco. Love their meat section. Prices have gone up , however I think they are still the most reasonable place in town. That being said their selection of items is sometimes limited. Overall a good experience.”
“Good place to get gas. If I have rewards points then it is always worth it to go here. The pumps and shop area are clean and well-maintained. You can purchase limited mini-mart items.Lost a star because twice now I've been approached by men when getting gas late at night”
“This pharmacy Came through for for us when all the other pharmacy's in the area let us down. The other pharmacy in the area told us we would have to wait days for a certain medication but he happened to have on hand. Even though it was close to closing and he wasn't our regular pharmacy he made sure our prescription was transferred and filled before closing. Outstanding service!”

But in the past, I've had a problem with not finding an electric cart available. it's difficult for me and my husband to walk the entire store, so the electric carts are a must have. I've complained in the past. Well,, this morning there was a whole line of apparently NEW carts!!! THANK YOU WINCO”

“Place was slammed one actual checkout had 5 people in line. Madeline the cashier was getting hounded by a guy that wanted bread (some reason it didnt work, i didnt care). Not "Karen" strong but getting close. She dealt with it gracefully while still setting limits, kept the line moving. The self-checkout manager of with likely a decade extra of experience was more shaken with the work load and Madeline was calm as a cucumber. If i was anything but the lowest man at my job, id offer her one. pay or promote her. A person of that ability will move up in any industry, let alone with the diversity kicker.”

“I used to go to Fred Meyer in Sumner for my prescriptions. Then I moved to Richland. The operation here is a thousand times better and they never screw up my prescriptions. Not so with other pharmacies. I've never had a long wait so I don't know what that's about.”
“I have shopped at the Richland Fred Meyer for many years. Every interaction I have had with employees has been great, both when I approach them and when they initiate the interaction. I have shopped in every department and the customer service in every area has been fantastic. It seems silly to appreciate it so much, but I really do! Also, the store is always clean and well organized. Keep up the great work!”

“I get most stuff I need here but some of the employees ate so rude! I asked one employees where something was and she shrugged and said I dunno and walked off. I was super mad! I wanted to yell but then I'd end up on YouTube lol I reported her in my survey email and they responded they will look into it. I'm sure that was all that happened to her. She deserved a write up.”
“Great management team and staff. Great attitudes. We laugh about inside joke about lottery tickets and the name of the store. But the truth is I purchase not by chance but prayers in God's blessings. Just as continued blessings for them and staff.”
“Great Walmart ! Clean, always has a lot of self check lanes available! One of the best Walmarts I've been to when I comes to speedy check out. Just need to remind employees shopping for the lazy pick up people to not over crowd the lanes with big carts. Not just this Walmart but all store struggle with this.”

“Excellent selection of fresh local produce, bread baked there, candies (including sugar free), jams, jellies, sauces, plus a section for home decorations. Good menu of lunch and dinner items, plus an espresso and gelato counter. Employees are courteous, and it's very clean, including the restrooms. Note: I don't think there's truck/RV parking available anymore, as there is construction going on next door.”
