“Omg! This girl works miracles. I’m a little late on the review but I just came across a little video she sent me. Husband managed to set his phone on his tire, forgetting it was there he went to leave and ran his phone over in a gravel lot with an F-250. It was bent in half and cracked on both sides. He didn’t have any of his photos saved to cloud and did a lot of memorable, once in lifetime events with only those pictures as evidence. I went to 3 different places and no one would even touch his phone. I took it here and she miraculously fixed it! It looks brand new, and everything works as if he never ran it over! Thank you! I have been back for my phone…hopefully I won’t need your services again but with our track record I’m sure we will and we will only go to you!!”
“Took my son's phone to EZ Fix in Richland just now. His whole iPhone screen was cracked along with the light underneath. His battery was shot as well. My fiance told me about this place and said they do an amazing job and for great prices, so figured I'd give it a shot. They did not disappoint! Amazing staff, great quality repair, low prices. “I have been a US Cellular customer twenty years. This location did not disappoint. We went in an hour before the store was closing to replace my rapidly failing phone. The manager was very kind and stayed over an hour after the store closed to help get us set up. My phone was taking an extra long time because I had so much data to transfer. We decided to take it home to finish(our kids were getting tired and it was a school night) and had to leave my old phone, which we were turning in. The manager kept the old phone aside and waited until we had all the data transferred from the cloud before my husband came back to delete my data from the old phone to be sent away as a return. I am so grateful for this wonderful customer service!”
